Slow customer service and missing items
One item didnt come from my order and I've contacted customer service when someone finally got back to me after two weeks, I replied choosing what I wanted to do with my missing item and no ones responded even though I've contacted customer service like twice.
Im happy with the quality of the items I recieved.
Missing order
I ordered a mystery underwear set in February which was supposed to come in March latest. I haven’t received it still and it is almost May. I have been chasing it up for a while and had no response from customer service but I messaged on instagram and was informed of shipping delays. This has not been communicated by email and I find this whole experience truly disappointing. Their condolences for an almost 2 month delay is a 20% off code for the next order. This is unsatisfactory and I will never be purchasing from this company again.
Ignoring emails , missing products , SCAM DO NOT BUY
I have been with unndr for almost 2 years. But I have sent 6 emails asking about March set with no response and now I want to cancel my subscription. Come on guys !!!
Unresponsive customer service
I have been trying to contact Unndr for two weeks now, through email and through their contact form on their website, and then also on Instagram. All forms I have tried twice with no response. It's a shame because I really love the items I received, I just wanted to exchange the sizes. If that wouldn't have been possible, I would still appreciate a response. Really bad customer service, so I won't be ordering again.
I’ve been waiting for my order over two…
I’ve been waiting for my order over two weeks, which although happens sometimes is frustrating with no responses to my multiple emails. I continue to receive ads and promotional emails with no response and no update on my order.
Scam
No update on shipping info after 10 days. Have emailed multiple times and not a single response.
Said 2 days shipping but zero updates. Feels like i got scammed.
Not what it was originally
This company was great when they focused on the underwear subscription.
I have had monthly sets delivered for around 8 months. Recently since the beginning of the year I don’t think I have had a set arrive in the correct month, they no longer inform you when sets are delayed. The business still seems to be introducing new products but the subscription service for underwear is in a massive decline.
Customer service has declined too, unfortunately I will be cancelling my subscription.
Paid 4 months worth of my subscription and 1 set arrived, now getting completely ignored.
I have paid 4 months worth of my subscription and have only received 1 set of lingerie. I have emailed and contacted Unndr who responded to me saying there is a delay but following this email no one is responding to me after more emails of me chasing and instagram messages. I am trying to get a refund for all the months I received nothing and my subscription cancelled but just getting completely ignored. Don't bother it's a total scam and the one set that did arrive is really bad quality.
Poor quality item
Poor quality item, sent back and promised refund, still no refund, have had to raise a dispute with my bank now.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company! I placed an order two weeks ago and my card was charged immediately. I still have not received my order, nor have I received a shipping notification. I reached out to customer service and was told my item would be here last week. I responded asking for a tracking number and received zero response. I will be charging back this charge.
Poor communication. Item not send out
Made an order last week with delivery within 2 days. Now a week later and tracking still states they are expecting the parcel. I have email however no response.
Will be looking to claim a refund.

Firstly just wow I love this subscription!
I felt i needed something for myself and felt my wardrobe was filled with mismatching underwear. I am so glad I decided to take the chance and subscribe!
I have made a separate purchase also as I just love the products so much.
Quality of underwear is amazing I would value them way above the price I paid!
Definitely feel empowered and actually feel good about myself.
I would highly recommend taking the leap and subscribing or even buying yourself something as sizing is clear on the website I feel and you won't regret it.
I was in contact with customer service to make a few enquiries. 5 star customer service just an amazing company.

Ordered in the sale not again
Ordered in the sale. The size bra wasnt as described online and was too big. The material by fastners was thick and felt uncomfortable.No hygiene label on the underwear. I emailed but i got no response 7days later. Tried to contact on insta but auto reply to email them.
Have not received either of my orders…

Bad customer service
I hate giving a bad review, especially for a small business, but on this occasion they failed me. This delivery was part of a quarterly subscription which was a birthday present for my daughter. The first delivery was on time, but from then on the deliveries got later and later, the lateness wasn’t the main issue, it was the lack of customer care and although the last delivery when it arrived was extremely pretty, I did think that there might be something else added as an apology, but there wasn’t and that would of been a lovely touch. I have cancelled my subscription now, which is disappointing for my daughter and myself.

Fantastic customer service!
I have made two orders to this company and unfortunately, due to an error with my own measuring, chose the wrong size of bra. As such, I emailed the Unndr team to see how I was able to resolve this. They were consistently lovely, very helpful and extremely efficient, going as far as to be emailing me into the night in order to make sure that we could resolve my issue with as little delay as possible.
A lovely team and beautiful product! Have already started recommending them in my personal life!
