Quite possibly the worst company ever dealt with. Bought 12 chairs for a client. the wrong ones turned up after being delayed for weeks. I was then asked why I didn't want these and I should just take them. After this I was told I would have the chairs and kept getting strung along until we demanded a refund. Can't stress how much to avoid.

I purchased a chair from this company over a month ago and still have not received it.

I have had to chase repeatedly for updates. During those follow-ups, I was told the chair I ordered was not available and that photos/details of alternative chairs would be sent over, but despite multiple promises, this still has not led to a resolution.

The experience has been very disappointing. I have had to do all the chasing, there has been no clear update, no delivery, and no refund so far.

On one call, I was also rudely told I had called the wrong person and should call the same redirect line again, which added to the frustration.

Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I ordered a chair on April 9th with a shipping policy that states up to 10 business days. I email on the 15th to ask for any update on the shipping and receive no reply. I then phone on the 22nd and I'm told it's ready but not been shipped yet as they're understaffed. I then hear nothing again and I phone back on the 28th to be told the item is in bad quality and asked whether I wanted another chair. Terrible customer experience, not informed of anything unless you ring and ask. Refund also took over 3 weeks to get to me and I had to raise a PayPal dispute to even get it.

The supplier was very nice and made the delivery process smooth and stress free, everything was boxed nicely and I got a great chair, for a very low price.

This is the second time I have used UOFC for office furniture and yet again they didn't disappoint.

The range of office desks, chairs and other furniture is extensive and all offered at a fantastic price.

King and Drury order some sit/stand desks, Sidiz office chairs (which are very comfy), pedestals and credenzas.

UOFC also made us a bespoke meeting room table for twelve people and it looks amazing.

Thanks for your help in furnishing our brand new swish offices.

Ordered a chair from UOFC which arrived as described, well boxed and for a fraction of the price of a new chair. All material covering was pristine, mechanisms worked great. About one month after delivery we notice that it was missing a small clip cover for the arm rest adjuster. Two emails and two days later there's a clip cover in the post. Wasn't necessarily expecting a cover to be sent out, but thought I'd ask just in case UOFC are a thoroughly decent company... turns out they are! Great service, easy to deal with. Thank you!

Always a friendly and speedy response and feel better that we are are doing our bit for the environment by buying refurbished products.
Chairs are fantastic and for the price are unbeatable.
Will be a UFOC customer for a long time if this service and pricing continues!

I needed faster delivery and the company made it work, that was great. As for the furniture, amazing value for money and completely spotless, literally can't tell that it's used. Bought a desk and a chair and both came in perfect working and cosmetic condition and on top of that they were both already assembled! The deliverymen were kind enough to bring them to my room. I really can't put a fault in any part of the process. Thank you UOFC, I will definitely be returning as a customer!

Less than £100 for 2 x monitors and a monitor stand.....excellent value. A few minor scratches on the casing but no issues with the screen. The delivery was within a few days with DPD and got a 1 hour time slot.
