Not long signed up with my first accomodation. The support and onboarding has been pretty slick. Any email query I've sent through has been responded to in less than 30 mins. Very pleased with the service thus far. The system is easy enough to navigate, like any new system you need time to familiarise yourself, but this has been straightforward.

Ryan has been incredible. His insights are spot-on, and his guidance is detailed and comprehensive. It doesn't hurt that he's a nice human being who is always ready to lend a helping hand. Uplisting has been a great tool, and I would recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is directed at Booking.com. They have been a nightmare. It's nearly impossible to reach a live person. They're difficult to understand and slow to resolve issues. Not a fan of Booking.com. But the rest has been great.

Helpful and responsive customer service
Overall uplisting's package does the basics as a channel manager well and is good value compared to some other options.
It is a work in progress and it would be great to see some features added (e.g. I think the calendar could be clearer in some circumstances) - but there is a Swift response from customer service to issues raised - and an ongoing improvement plan that can be tracked and commented on.
