My order has been sitting in my hometown distribution center since 12-26-24. They are no longer responding to my emails. Assuming the product is actually there, it could be delivered within 15 minutes.
I also paid for shipping protection but nothing on the website to utilize it. Seems fishy.

I ordered a Kelly Puffer Jacket from Urban Buck, It was reasonable price and delivered before time. The product quality of jacket is excellent

This Company is totally unethical and should be prosecuted. They do not honor anything ..PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM IRRESPONSIBLE, COMPANY OF THIEVES!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company is a scam. I paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping and my order was delivered to the wrong address 19 days later. Their customer service number is fake and email only generate an auto reply where no one follows up. Do not order from this company.

There jacket size do not fit the American standard ordered a large and they send me a 2xl which is short in the arms and tight in the chest,and I have tried to email them for a refund and the don’t answer emails it’s been a week, also it took over a month for pkg to arrive, be AWARE

This company is a scam. Do not order. They say they are in Dallas, but I was charged an international POS fee when I ordered. I was charged but never received the product.

Quick shipping. Shirt arrived and I was surprised at the high quality. Its a white shirt but is thicker and softer than I expected. The pink is also vibrant.

I received the women's 3/4 length baseball tee and really have been loving it so far! The size was true to my standard size and the material is super soft. I like the bold neon sleeves that accent the shirt and make it pop. Highly recommend!

I purchased two Anakin Skywalker gauntlets because I was unsure about sizing. Both packages arrived quickly and the quality of the product was better than expected! I am really pleased with what I received and customer service was great at assisting me with the return of the product that didn’t fit. I will for sure be buying from them again!

I emailed your customer service 4x because i was given the wrong item. customer responded once to ask for the order number which was in the subject matter of my first two emails. i responded again with the order number in the body of the email and did not get any more replies. I have contacted Paypal and will dispute this charge

I ordered two of the same shirts for my daughter to match her friend. They were two separate shades of salmon color. Not hot pink like advertised, and again not the same as each other. One had cuts in the shoulder as well. I paid 9.99 for 3day shipping and it actually took12 days. The number listed is not in service and I’ve reach out 2 times to initiate a return an I haven’t gotten a response .
