I booked an Urbania Maharaja vehicle through their Delhi office, and at the time of booking, I was clearly assured that in case of any cancellation, either a refund would be issued or the advance amount could be adjusted against a future booking.
Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my trip. I informed them almost a week in advance and sent multiple emails regarding the cancellation and refund request. However, no one from their team has responded till now.
The executive who handled my booking and collected the ₹25,000 advance keeps saying that she will ask the team to respond to my emails, but nothing has happened so far. It has now been almost 20 days since I submitted my cancellation request, and there has been complete silence from their side.
This kind of unprofessional behavior and false commitment is extremely disappointing. Customers should be very careful before trusting the promises made during booking.
I am still waiting for the next 2–3 days for a proper response and resolution. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to initiate legal action and also make sure that their misleading practices are exposed across the travel community.
