Was sent out and DHL said failed delivery.only found out on Shopify they have returned to Urban. No comms from Urban except saying are you enjoying your delivery. Not we still have your items ?!?!?

Not happy they haven’t reached out!

Called in to look at the new Gabicci range, Reece looked after us very well. Went in with the intention of buying perhaps 1 piece, was so impressed with the offering, came out with 3! Always a well laid out shop with a great range of products and very friendly staff. If you are in the area always worth dropping in.

I visited the store on Thursday 1st October. Absolutely fantastic service from Reese. I purchased several items trying on various bits and pieces. I left my jacket on a rail by mistake. I contacted Reese the next day and he said he had my Jacket. I live in Derby. He posted it the same day and I received it today Saturday 3rd October. Unbelievable service, highly recommend.

Item was great quality. Timeframe of delivery was excellent. Unfortunately I had to return item as rag and bag label was the size I ordered but the item itself was a size smaller. Return/exchange seems straightforward just waiting on replacement now.

Hi. I have been trying to make a return of my order without success. To date I have contacted your company on 4 occasions without reply. My first problem arose when I used your website to log the return; an Error Message was issued suggesting I try to contact you directly. I have sent two messages via your site and one by email. No response received
