If I could score a zero I would.
Where do I start. After sadly loosing my 13 week old puppy I purchased an urn, it arrived in terrible condition various paint defects. After chasing them I finally spoke to someone and they agreed to send another out. Finally another week and my order is at a stand still in Swansea because they’d put the wrong postcode on.
Fastforward and my second urn has arrived and it’s a totally different size (smaller) to the one I ordered.
So whilst grieving for my puppy I’ve had nothing but chasing and keep getting let down by these people for over 2 weeks now and still it’s not resolved as I still have an urn that I didn’t order and is too small.
My hearts broken right now I did not need this fight to get why I paid for and expected. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Delivery was supposedly sent next day delivery on 26th September. It is now 7th October and has not been delivered. This means I won’t have it when needed.

it was an excellent experience looking and choosing an urn for my wife who has recently passed away the one I picked just stuck out and I knew it was the one she would love overall I would definitely shop here again from ordering to delivery was easy and quick thanks to everyone who put my order together

This urn is truly beautiful! Such a lovely shape and colour. It is very attractive especially when lit up with a tee light. Looks so lovely on my hearth.

Lovely product, excellent service

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I purchased my baby boys urn from them and within a year it had tarnished and had begun to peel. I have tried to contact them numerous times via telephone on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone cuts off, emails haven’t been responded to. I was successful in getting through on the phone once to be told they had received my email and I requested that the person I spoke to put all we had discussed into an email but still no reply. I am absolutely disgusted with the service from yourselves! You should be ashamed, at such heartbreaking times families shouldn’t have to deal with such heartless treatment from a company that claims to be a family run business that values and supports families. This couldn’t be further from the truth!!! This urn was meant to be my baby boys final resting place and I am now going to have to move him to a new urn. DO BETTER families are already heartbroken and your poor customer service and care adds unnecessary heartache to such a difficult time

EDIT 14/10/25: The day following my last review, someone from UrnsUK contacted me by telephone and promptly issued a replacement which was packaged perfectly and arrived as dispatched. many thanks for your help.

17/09/25 Very disappointed. The scattering tube arrived damaged, which is not a problem in itself as things get damaged in transit. However I have sent them 2 emails and tried to call them and have had no response. Am not impressed, this situation has made a difficult situation more stressful
Am hoping this review prompts them to respond and I can edit accordingly.

Thanks so much for this beautiful product, it's obviously a difficult time at the moment, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service you provided overall -quick delivery, well packaged etc.
The urn itself looks amazing, & it's so nice to know how much my Dad would love it too! It's a fantastic piece in itself as well, & looks great in the room -almost a piece of art!! 5* very highly recommended, cheers again, Laura x

Far from my expectations, this is very good

Loved the urn but the lid only sits on top. Thought it would be a screw top lid. Going to silicone it shut which is a bit disapointing.

Easy to navigate and browse ordering easy and very quick next day delivery very pleased with the service from this company.

Great item but was damaged during delivery. No questions asked and a replacement sent straight out.
