Bought 2 urns from Urns UK not long before Christmas. While they weren’t needed for a couple of weeks I thought I’d make sure I had enough time.
They arrived the NEXT day via DPD, extremely well packed and protected.
Lovely urns and they had a great selection, would definitely recommend, and in the nicest way possible, hope I don’t have to use Urns UK again any time soon.

Bought my wife and urn for her dad on Friday before Xmas and came the following day very fast delivery and very polite when I messed up my email on order 10/10

urn came and smelled like mould. the screws were all rusty. tried to contact them to return it but they have not replied

I ordered the most beautiful urn for my mum I wanted a design she would have loved to be in and I found it here the colour and picture was perfect it was bigger then I thought and made beautifully the wood is solid and arrived perfect no scratches or dints as it was well packaged and protected. Thank you so much for giving my mum the best final resting place.

I Wanted an urn that didn't look like an urn. Urns UK had a vast choice of traditional and none traditional ones. It came faster than the 28days specified and I am overjoyed with it. Perfect.

Our granddaughter found your website and for her grandpa who loved working in wood and making things for our grandchildren and great grandchildren the urn we chose was perfect and unique. It was made beautiful oak with an oak leaf trim.

The urn looked like it had been sitting around for 10 years outside , all the screws where rusty , the gold had come off the decorative piece and had dust all over it!…would not recommend!!!!…I would like a refund.

The ordering and delivery were great. The Urn was well packaged.
Sadly the Urn, which was beautiful, was not in mint condition. It was not damaged but on either side of the Urn, at the widest parts, there seemed to be some sort of mould & the metal was tarnished. This was quite a surprise given that it's supposedly suitable for outdoors.
Faced with returning the Urn, which I'd waited a long time for it to be back in stock, I decided to try and clean up the tarnish myself & have to return it if unsuccessful. It's a fair bit of work but does appear to be working, but is irritating given the cost of the Urn.
I deducted two stars for the tarnished Urn & the effort in restoring it rather than the hassle of arranging a return & replacement.

Very fast delivery, easy website to understand and order, lovely products.

Third time I've got an Urn for our beloved fur babies. Always excellent service. Couple of times we had an issue but it was resolved super quick & without any hassle.
