First Experience with Service
I had to send my Luba 2 3000XH mower in for servicing after the robot would not properly return to the station for charging. It had completed over 1500 hours of mowing and over 1000 charge cycles after 2.5 years. I expected the mower to be out for a long time which was concerning because I had no backup. Instead, the mower was repaired and shipped back to me in less than 10 days. Additionally, they repaired the battery and a broken side guard. I had not mentioned the side guard or expected them to repair it. I was very pleased that they did! The mower is back in action and functioning properly!

Excellent and fair customer service – problem finally solved!
I had a long-standing issue with my LUBA AWD 5000 that unfortunately began during the warranty period. Although the repair process took quite some time, the Mammotion Support Team always stayed in contact and handled the situation with great professionalism.
Even though my device was already out of warranty by the time the case was finally resolved, Mammotion showed exceptional goodwill and replaced my mower with a brand new LUBA 2 AWD 5000X – completely free of charge.
Their solution was more than fair and shows real commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate their support, transparency, and the final outcome. Thank you, Mammotion, for standing behind your product and your customers!
Honest Review that starts with worry!!!
To be honest I worried about buying such an expensive product via a web page and not get to try it out in advance. I can firmly say I was wrong and the overall experience end to end has been really positive. From customer service to product performance it’s truly changed how I mow.
What speaks volumes of any product is your belief in it and I do so much that I’ve referred multiple friends to buy it also.
All I can say is don’t think about it just do it as you won’t regret buying

My Experience with the Luba 1 (since May 2023)
I have owned the Luba 1 since May 2023. Since then, the robot has already been sent for repair three times, and both the RTK station and the charging station have also failed once. All parts were replaced free of charge by Mammotion during the warranty period, but the problems keep coming back.
After the warranty expired, I was initially refused support, and only after applying significant pressure did I receive help again. What I find particularly frustrating is that shortly after the last repair, the same defect occurred again, and now I am being forced to write a review on three platforms in three languages in order to receive another free repair – I find this very questionable.
As for the product itself: I previously owned a Worx Landroid with a boundary wire, which worked flawlessly for years (apart from occasional wire breaks). The Luba 1, however, has constant problems – especially during mowing season, it’s usually away for repair.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Luba 1.
Great customer service
With the introduction of the new live chat customer service is now faster and easier to use. As usual staff was both respectful and knowledgeable resulting in faster turn around times for me getting my Yuka back on the yard, where it’s something as simple as a new sweeper update, or failed modules that need to be replaced. They’re also aware of the potential language barrier and are clear with you to let them know if anything mistranslates or is hard to understand. Happy customer.

I’ve been using the Luba 2 5000 from Mamotion for two seasons on a garden with lots of trees, slopes, and roots, and it does an impeccable job. The robot is reliable, precise, and truly efficient, even in challenging areas — it never loses signal under dense vegetation.
The customer service is outstanding: I received a quick response on a Sunday with helpful advice and an initial diagnosis. The next day, I got a return label, shipped it to Germany via Chronopost, and two weeks later the mower came back in perfect condition.
Honestly, it’s a great product from a very professional brand — I highly recommend it, 100%!

My Luba II worked great, but when it stopped working, I was able to work with support to troubleshoot and ultimately receive a new unit. I look forward to setting up the new unit to make mowing my ~.75 acre yard easy.

Luba 2 is a great little robot that's easy to program via the smartphone app (mowing and exclusion zones, task scheduling).
Regarding customer service, I unfortunately needed to use it, but it has the advantage of having a French-language hotline for initial contact before switching to European support by email (and still in French) if the problem is more serious. Response time is fast.
Mammotion LUBA 2 AWD 1000 + Support
I´ve been using the Mammotion LUBA 2 AWD 1000 since a year.
The app is very intuitive and flexible when it comes to settings (area, restricted zones, etc.). Using the manual control via the app, you can move the device through all the necessary areas and define them. It's quick and easy to do.
The installation of the antenna and the garage/charging station was straightforward and also convenient.
The robotic lawnmower is pleasantly quiet during operation. Sound and light settings can also be easily configured via the app.
This year, I wanted to expand my system with the solar module. This was done easily via the official online shop, and it actually arrived at my home very quickly.
When I contacted support (I needed another connection cable), I received prompt and immediate assistance. Simply super fast and friendly. As a customer, you feel comfortable and understood. SuperB!

J’ai un problème technique avec une prise en par le SAV très rapide par whatsapp. Retour facile de l’appareil, avec gestion rapide qui se solde par un echange du produit. Bravo! SAV efficace.
Works well after setup, a few small issues
The device arrived quickly after the order. The only issue was that the package was missing the hazardous materials (ADR/HAZMAT) label, which caused the local postal service to stop the delivery and add their own label. Please make sure all shipments include the proper HAZMAT sticker.
Assembly and initial setup were straightforward. The biggest challenge was the charging station: when placed directly on grass, the robot often failed to dock. I solved this by creating a gravel base to keep the station level—very important for reliable docking.
Another small downside is that in wet conditions and with long grass, the robot needs to be washed almost daily.
Support has been quick and helpful in problem situations. One area for improvement is the Android mobile app, which is quite slow and takes a while to connect to the robot.
Otherwise, performance has been excellent. It handles quite difficult terrain and manages four separate mowing areas without problems. I can recommend it.
Highly reconnend
I’ve been using the robot lawnmower for two weeks now, and it’s a real game-changer. The grass is always evenly cut, and I don’t have to waste my time anymore! Highly recommend.
My Ideal Solution
My lawn is severely sloped. Riding mowers lose traction on it. I had to push mow it but I developed health issues which made that inadvisable. Luba 2 was the ideal solution for me with its all wheel drive ability to handle over thirty degrees of slope. When I recently had a power supply fail the company immediately replaced it. I am exceptionally pleased with their service.
