I recently acquired a Luba 2 AWD 3000X and, unlike many other owners, only have a small, flat plot of land. However, the straightforward and well-explained installation instructions are a great help here, too. Additionally, the customer service responds promptly and helpfully, even to minor queries that don't concern the technology or a malfunction. Therefore, I'm very satisfied and can recommend Mammotion without hesitation.

This summer I was looking for a robot lawnmower that could handle rough terrain and uneven lawns. The area is remote, so the ability to be able to remotely control it was a strict requirement and putting down guide wire into the ground was not an option eighter. I stumbled upon Mammotion and especially the Luba Mini 800 model caught my attention. After a few days of consideration I decided to just go for it and try it out. It was pretty easy to get it up and running, good user manual. So far it has been performing very well, sure, there has been a few minor glitches (some caused by user error) but overall the performance has been great. I'm considering to buy another Luba Mini next year for another area. The support team has also been quick to answer all the questions I've had, this has been very much appreciated.

After my mower sustained some damage to the vision module I contacted customer service to see what my options were. they answered quickly and walked me through some options to try and fix it, he even had me email some phots to try and help out. Once we realized it could not be repaired they sent an email to sort out the replacement parts within 72 hours.

On the 13th of September 2025 I contacted the Mammotion support via the Chat (the link is in the application) and a technician automatically handled it in my native language (I'm french).
The support person was really comprehensive, asking for details in simple words that a non technical person can understand.
It looks that the details provided were not enough and that some logs needed to be sent (it was done very easily) and my case was sent to the technical team dedicated to more in depth enquiry.
I was contacted quickly after after the upload with a working solution.
It was so easy to treat with the support .
I also wnat to mention that the problem was coming from an additionnal part I added to th mawer.
I'm also 100% satisfied of my Luba 2 5000 X and I appreciate the continuous support of the device with all the improvement and fine tuning added to this device.
I can let it operate without any worry and it is sparing me lots of time for a great result.

I reached out because my mower was still making noise even when it was fully charged on the charger. The support agent took down all of my details and guided me efficiently to the next step in the service process. The interaction was straightforward and honest—no unnecessary runaround.

Good mower, but Energiakaubamaja does not recommend the dealer because they cannot sell original accessories for the mower.

My Luba 2 was involved in an unfortunate accident with my wife’s suv, which broke off one of the orange side protectors. I contacted support and they were very responsive and eager to get me a solution. It is nice to know they stand behind their products.

I had a problem with my sweeper not releasing from my yuka 1000 mower. So I contacted Mammotion and was pleasantly surprised when I actually was connected to someone I was able to speak with. They were polite walk me thru the process of sending a log and video and are going to replace the part.

Se cercate un robot tagliaerba che «fa il suo dovere» con efficienza e costanza, il Mammotion Yuka Mini 700 è proprio quello giusto. Taglia perfettamente anche erba alta, senza arrancare; la lama resta affilata a lungo, e il risultato è quasi professionale. Lo uso regolarmente, e nonostante un uso intensivo non ha mai deluso: parte sempre al momento giusto, ritorna alla base quando serve, nessun intoppo. È veloce nel movimento, abbastanza silenzioso, e soprattutto affidabile — una spesa che vale ogni euro se volete un giardino curato senza stress.

La roue avant de mon Yuka 1500 s’est détériorée, j’ai contacté le service après vente de Mammotion qui m’a orienté dans la procédure pour obtenir une nouvelle roue à un tarif intéressant
Le stock en Allemagne étant trop juste la pièce est venue directement de Chine jusque devant ma porte en moins de 15 jours !
