I have not one but 2 Osim I-Symphony Massage chairs. They are now more than 10 years old but still function more or less as they originally did. They give a very robust and thorough massage to the back and neck and we use at least one of them almost every day. There are lots of different programs that can be chosen so it is very versatile and you can increase or decrease the strength of the pressure as needed. I especially like the zero gravity feature. The chairs are very happy so fortunately we don't need to move them around too much. the only design flaw that I have come across is that the leg and buttock pressure comes from inflated bags and the plastic connectors become brittle and break easily. However I have been able to repair these myself using low-cost items and without too much trouble. All in all I can say that although these machines are expensive they are worth every penny and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who like me does quite a lot of physical exercise.

We purchased two items last year, UMody and UJolly at Richmind Aberdeen Center. We had a pretty experience and clear explaination from Jessica Mak. The products are still working good with no problem at all. It is relatively expensive comparing to Hong Kong price but I guess nothing is cheap in Canada.

We had our osim neck massager for 1 year. Used it daily on neck, back or knees and calves. Still worked great, but the fabric on the knobs wore out. We still use it, but wish the fabric covers was sturdier. Thank you Osim.

They hate their customers. Once you buy
It you’re on your own. When it breaks- and it will break, you’re own your own. No service , no support and no parts. $5k is a lot to pay for something that can’t be repaired. I’ll buy another massage chair but it absolutely won’t be an OSIM

I got a osim massage chair it giving a error 16 code why is it can it be repaired.

Terrible products and heavily overpriced - I have two Osim Ucozy Massagers which i have had to sent to repair multiple times because the cover keeps tearing after a small period of time or the machine malfunctions. Upon repair - within 1 month - same issue occurred. I have totally given up and consider these a write off now.

Poor quality products.

It is the worst company ever. I was trying to buy a product, my payment is going through all the time but the customer service is asking for my ID and front of my vresit card. This is the only online store that is asking me of this. My credit cards are released from UK so there ahould be no problem. However, it seems the store is using Shopify and wants customers use Paypal or GPay which I don't want to use due to less protection. SO BE CAREFUL AS THIS MIGHT BE FRAUD!!!

Terrible company, does not support its product. We purchased uASTRO, an expensive massage chair, The leg and feet massage feature do not work.
Trying to find a repair person as OSIM international does not support its product. OSIM products are sold at COSTCO and other places, these distributors should not sell these products.

Amazing customer service from the store in vancouver. they were very helpful suggesting me the right massage chair, and it really helps with my back pain. My whole family loves the uLove 2 massage chair! Highly recommended

I have tried many other back and shoulder massagers before, but until I have used Osim I thought all massagers are the same, the osim back massager squeezes firmly and feels amazing. Others just feel like rollers on your back and doesn't do the job. I recommend osim

As a chiropractor, I frequently treat patients with leg, ankle or foot pain. Most of the time, pain in the lower extremity is due to muscle inflammation and trigger point formation due to repetitive overuse of muscles of the leg and foot. I purchased an uPhoria Warm foot massager for personal use. I came away very impressed with it's ability to almost mimic manual therapy from a expert therapist. After testing many different foot massagers over the years, this one truly differentiates itself from the rest for its ability to deliver targeted therapy to release tight muscles. Most frequently, pain of muscular origin responds poorly to pain relievers such as ibuprofen. Luckily, hurt muscles really love manual pressure and stretch, thats why massagers are great tools to have if patients are not able to see their chiropractors or physical therapists. I have no hesitations recommending Osim uPhoria Warm foot massager as my top choice to my patients seeking relief at home. I look forward to trying other products in OSIM's line-up, I believe they make the best in-home massage products.

The OSIM Metrotown store is a mezzanine of health technology. All the products are well tuned with innovation, if willy wonka was massage chair magician, this would be his chocolate factory. Oh my Golly Gosh what an experience. The new uDivine V was a must have, so after the perfect customer service experience I decided to take the sleek grey one home. When I sat into the chair, the uDivine V with it's special rollers gripped into me and took out all my pain and stress. I didn't need Nike air sneakers, I WAS WALKING ON AIR. The sleek grey matches my silver george clooney like hair. I would highly recommend. The uDivine V not only is a great priced chair but it's function really justifies it's use. V for Value and V for Victory! Thank you OSIM for the great service and products

The product is good (the massage chair itself), but the customer service is horrendous and incredibly incompetent. It took about 5-6 weeks for this chair to arrive after we ordered it, and there was basically no communication about when it would arrive from OSIM. Their 'white glove' service is awful - the delivery service they contracted had incredible attitude and unboxed and dumped the chair on our front porch, even though we paid the extra premium for delivery to the room of choice and clearly told OSIM where it would go on the second floor. They did not leave a manual for us and took some of the loose parts like the cushion that goes on the upper part of the chair with the box. The delivery people were incredibly rude and made all sorts of excuses as to why they were only required to dump this chair on our porch. We had to pay for a separate moving service to bring the chair to its final position upstairs out of pocket. The customer service (Christopher) rep was laughably awful. He said he would give us a refund for this 'white glove' service but only gave a partial refund of $250 after numerous calls and emails, and only 2 weeks after he promised to respond to this. He never sent us a manual or the missing parts of the chair - instead he emailed us a really poor pdf scan of the manual with smudged pages. I absolutely would never order from this company again due to the awful delivery and customer service. We have had about 20-30 pieces of furniture delivered to our home with 'white glove' service in this past year alone and all of the other services have been courteous and have actually delivered the items exactly where they were supposed to go. There are other comparable/better massage chairs available without this ridiculous hassle.

On December 23, we bought massage device which cost around$ 1380 under the guise of the store's "discount" promotion. When buying, the store did not tell whether it can be returned or exchanged and did not give us an invoice. It only provided us a receipt, and there was no refund information on receipt. But that night we checked other sales platforms and found that the same product sold was at least 30% cheaper. We felt pitted and didn't use the product when we went back. We returned the goods next Morning (without opening the box). However, they do not accept us returning goods. And we negotiated many times without success, at the same time we found out that their official website is indeed returnable. But we can't return it buying it at the store. When we were negotiating, the clerk admitted that there had been returns before. We also recorded the audio in Chinese.

Christopher gave amazing customer service, had all the answers to my questions. I was very happy with his customer service.
