Wonderful experience

I went ahead and checked on your order, and I can see that the item you purchased was a preorder for a reprint. Unfortunately, reprints can sometimes take longer to arrive because the production timeline is determined by the manufacturer, and we are limited by when we receive our allocation.
As soon as the manufacturer sends us our allocation, we work to get the products shipped out to our customers as quickly as possible. From time to time, manufacturers may also experience production or shipping delays that can affect the estimated arrival date.
We do our best to communicate any updates or changes, but we also recommend checking the product page for the most current estimated arrival information, as these dates can change based on the manufacturer's timeline.

I had NO PROBLEM with you guys
I had NO PROBLEM with you guys! The problem I had with delivery was with the UPS store here in Midwest City. The figure I had ordered was delivered late Friday evening, too late to pick up. I called UPS on Saturday and they said it had not arrived yet. So I had no problem with your service, and was able to get the figure on Monday. I will be ordering from you again if you get in any more figure that I am wanting. James Staley
