I had NO PROBLEM with you guys! The problem I had with delivery was with the UPS store here in Midwest City. The figure I had ordered was delivered late Friday evening, too late to pick up. I called UPS on Saturday and they said it had not arrived yet. So I had no problem with your service, and was able to get the figure on Monday. I will be ordering from you again if you get in any more figure that I am wanting. James Staley

Haven’t built yet but overall first impression I was very impressed with the quality of the kit and I can’t wait to build it.

Been shopping with USA gundam store for years now. No complaints! They always deliver and have good selection and price is decent.

Despite the problem with the QR auto shipping/tracking USAGS actively followed up and made sure the order was delivered - well done .

Orders always arrive complete and timely, but I’m basically local lol. My only complaint is the same as always. Still no private warehouse, but now it’s more annoying because they will make you ship the pre-order and currently available items in 2 shipments (so double the shipping cost, at least during a sale) while before it would just hold all items until all were available to ship. Lets them clear out the warehouse, but no benefit toward the actual buyer. Private Warehouse when?

Prompt service, good prices on both items and shipping - I have no complaints.

One of the boxes inside the shipping box arrived crushed and warped, which after a year of waiting for the inventory to be filled, was highly disappointing.

You guys came highly recommended, but I'm surprised you sent inventory that was warped like that.

Once the package was enroute, it arrived without issue, and you communicated delays consistently.

But it's highly frustrating to have squished inventory arrive at my doorstep, especially when the outer delivery box looks unharmed and normal.

Delivery was great, in a timely fashion. Ordering was easy. The pricing for orders is also great.
