Hello everyone, my experience with this company was 100% satisfying. I was trying to get my Trike bike from Virginia to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I hooked up with two different companies both Let me down. They gave me a prize a morning of the Pick up text me that the truck broke down. The other company wanted more money the day of the Pick up this company that exactly what they were supposed to do. I spoke to Jayson Lee, and he took care of everything. I was worried in the beginning. But everything you promised I got I would use them again and again and again thank you so much really appreciate it.

U.S. Carship and Trucking is not a hauler—they're middlemen who play both sides and leave you holding the bag.

I was quoted $220 to ship my car from Utah to Colorado. I paid a $60 deposit after being explicitly told it would be applied toward the total. They had two full weeks to find a hauler for that rate.

They failed.

When they finally found a driver, they struck a separate deal for $300—without applying my $60 or informing the hauler about it. I had no choice but to pay the full $300 just to get my vehicle released. In total, I paid $360 for what was promised as a $220 job.

They lied. They pocketed the deposit. And they've continued harassing me even after taking more money than agreed.

This was a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. Avoid this company if you value honesty, transparency, or your bank account.

These guys are master con artists. First they quoted $650 one way. Then they changed their quote to $1100. Then on the day of pick up when they didn’t show up and didn’t call to notify anyone that they weren’t coming for the day they said that they didn’t have a driver And that it would cost me an extra $200 in order to get another company to ship the car for me. Then! When they finally showed up three days late with a different trucking company, they tried to get another hundred dollars as a broker fee because of the fact that they were using a different company to transport my vehicle in a rush as opposed to waiting for another week for their driver to come pick up the car. I would not trust them at all.

Was taking care of efficiently and swiftly.

Mike Watson was my contact and was professional and helpful! he was able to coordinate all the logistics with a tricky pick-up time table and delivered on time at a fair price. Motorcycle arrived in great condition and the driver (Yuric) was great!! Great communication with timely updates!

Te piden una cuota inicial y hacen hasta lo imposible por robártelo ya que el precio que quieren que pagues al final es más del triple del valor inicial.

I was contacted by Jason Lee while looking for somebody to transport a car across multiple states for my move. He gave me advice before I even hired him and tried to help me. He made the process so easy and kept me updated with what was going on with the car. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. Very happy with the service I received and would use them again if I ever need a car towed again.

It was very helpful. Very kind. Took a lot of time to make sure my RV was very secure. Delivered in perfect condition.

Tim was my point of contact throughout this transaction. I am the driver. I reached out to book a load to ship an RV for a customer. Tim talked with me over the phone and would periodically text to ensure everything on my end was solid for the trip. I was also put in direct contact with the customer to eliminate any uncertainty. Both Tim and the customer were outstanding to work with. Communication, timelines and pay were all met without any issues. I recommend working with this company if you are a driver or customer.

Eric Williams did his very best to make sure that I got my vehicle delivered to me. There were some issues but they were taken care of along the way. I am just thankful that my car finally made it to me. Thanks again Eric!!

Zach Hector was the representative that worked with me. He was kind and professional. I had people contacting me daily from other companies trying to get me to go with them. I stayed with US Car Ship and Trucking because Zach communicated so well and so consistently and I knew he was trying to get me a fair price and a reliable driver for my vehicle. I trusted him. And, at the end of day, with a little patience, Zach and US car Ship and Trucking found me a great driver that delivered my vehicle across the country when they said they would AND for the exact price that they promised. Zach continued to check in with me the entire time, even while the vehicle was en route. The driver was also wonderful to work with so it was a 5 star experience the entire time. I can’t say thank you enough to Zach and his team. I will definitely ship my vehicles with US Car Ship and Trucking in the future and hopefully work with Zach again. Thank you!!!

Good experience great broker Zach H was really great to work with

I was going to ship my car with another shipping company, until this company kept on bothering me and told me they can ship it for 270.00 dollars. With my 75 dollars paid in advance. The next day I got a call stating that I had to pay another 750.00 dollars. These people are a bunch of scammers DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! The only thing that’s going to happen to you is that your scam out of your deposit Stay away from these guys.
Part two they was so upset with my review that I was asked to take down my review and promised my money back. I gave them two days and as usual they did not hold up to their side of the agreement (Liars) this is just another reason not to trust these Scammers. This is also something you need to know The Driver gets 200 bucks when they get to you on top of what ever you agreed to. So, you’re going to get screwed out of another 200 bucks!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WAREND!!!!!!!!!

My equipment was secured and transported properly. Diver was great and arrived at the time he estimated.

I called on Monday 5/12/25 and my vehicle was picked up at 7:00pm that day in NY and was delivered to me in FL Wednesday morning 5/14/25. It was in great condition. Zach Hector was great and kept me informed all of the way and the driver Ben was great. He was on time and kept us informed when the delivery was going to take place. This experience was fantastic! Thank you Zach!!

From start to finish Michael Smith was honest and helpful. He helped me during a time I was stressed on my vehicle purchase. He was patient with me and didn’t bombard me with multiple texts or calls. My vehicle arrived and I’m blessed I found him:)
