Use The Sun Avaliações

This is a follow-up review for post sales/servicing.
I've just had my heat pump serviced. First element was booking the service, which was easy and the administrators very flexible. They kept good contact and know what they're doing. They offered to service the unit next day! I guess they had a cancellation, unfortunately I couldn't react that quick. A date was set which accommodated both our schedules.
I'd been in contact with engineer as well. Making the the whole process seamless. This was necessary as my exchange unit outside had a missing condensation kit (I've no idea why), which should have been installed from the beginning. The exchange unit sits on my patio, it produces a lot of condensation (H²O), which froze in winter. Causing an ice skating rink in my back garden.
The engineer turned up on time, and with the condensation kit. He's a likeable chap with years of experience in heating. He fitted the kit and did the service with minimal interaction from me. Always took his shoes off when popping in and out (which must have been uncomfortable up in the loft).
He was all finished after an hour or so, gave me some good advice on connecting the outflow for the condensation and was on his way.
Overall, a painless easy experience carried out by seasoned professionals, what more could you ask for?

Use the Sun installed our heat pump in 2021. The experience was OK (4 star), but I have noticed since that the personnel have changed, and it's become better and fully professional.I would now give the full 5 stars.

Fantastic service from survey/quote to install/handover of EV charger.
very quick and efficient service from knowledgeable staff across the board.

Definitely recommend!

The service from Use The Sun has been impeccable.

Lee completed the survey and was extremely knowledgeable and broke it down clearly into what would happen and how etc.

Keeleigh in the office was great with passing me information and answering my many questions

Scott and Andy who did the install arrived promptly and got the work done extremely quickly and showed me the app and how it worked.

You have a great team and a credit to the company

Fantastic job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I look forward to free some electricity

I was in the market for both Solar and Heat pump installation. I had several quotes from the bigger suppliers without a single home survey. This company were recommended to be by my Electrician. He had been on site at the same time as Use the sun and was impressed by the quality of their work. From initial phone call to final installation, I have been impressed. I was offered lots of advice and guidance, but never felt that I was being pushed into buying something I never needed. The Horizontal cylinder in the loft and the associated pipe work is first class. The solar was up and working same day and I am glad I went with their advice for a bigger battery.

Do you want to upset your neighbours? Perhaps you don,t get on with them! If thats the case, then these cowboys will do a cracking job for you! They were working at next doors property, and blocked my drive. When asked to move it, i got a load of verbal. They threw rubbish in my garden, and were spitting all the time.Disgusting.I could go on,but i would be here all night

This post was originally a 1* due to a driver but since this review the business has got in contact with me within minutes of opening. The matter got dealt with within one phone call and the lady was very lovely and professional. The complain was taken very seriously to and they dealt with it quickly. I can’t comment on the work they offer but as a business they seem brilliant.

If you want a professional and competitive service, use the sun should be your go to! from start to finish faultless installations. I would like to send my sincere thanks to Eddie and his Team.

From enquiry to completion, my solar system was installed in a most efficient, professional and knowledgable way in under 2 weeks! Lauren & Keeleigh in the office were most helpful and efficient and the installers, Andy and Scott were tidy, fast and very careful to hide cables and take care with our property. The scaffolders were also fast. careful and professional. Price was very competitive and the system is already showing self sufficiency and even exporting back to grid. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

I recently had a solar system installed and to say I was impress is an understatement. The installation was professional from start to finish. To Lauren R in the office, what can I say, she was an absolute dream to deal with. So friendly, a true professional and a credit to her team.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize Lauren R for her outstanding efficiency and helpfulness in the office. She goes above and beyond and her kind nature makes it a pleasure to deal with her.

Great service & competitive price. I have had solar panels installed at my home and then my office with UTS. A lot of companies are good at selling the system to you...but the after sales is also very important. UTS have great after sales. Had an issue with the app. Keeleigh from UTS Customer support dealt with the issue immediately and sorted everything out. So I would definitely recommend Use The Sun.

A friendly family business that has serviced our panels for over a decade.
Reliable and trustworthy I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
A first class service!

Excellent, swift and friendly service.
Superb communication throughout from everyone, thank you so much.

I spoke to Lucy about a problem I had as I had received a request from my FIT provider for a Schematic diagram of my Solar Installation. The original Installer had not provided me with a schematic drawing of the system and had ceased trading. I contacted Use the Sun as they had carried out remedial works for my insurer. Lucy was extremely helpful and went to trouble to sort out my issue.
Thank you very much Lucy!

Fantastic service and great value. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Our Solar Panel providers (Evergen Solar) employed "Use the Sun" to instal our panels. Keith (from the Doncaster branch) carried out a detailed survey of our house prior to the scaffolding being erected. Josh and Keith arrived on time on the day agreed and carried out the installation very efficiently. They were both very courteous and completed the work without problems. Josh guided us through the system controls and monitoring application expertly and with care. They could not have been better!

The engineer did really well serviced the air source pump not just a quick clean of some filters but also went through settings that had been used when first installed 6 years ago after he'd been the pump worked alot better and more efficiently sorted out a hot water issue a very good job done

Super service, the plague has obviously passed! We just had our solar panels fitted and the installation couldn't have gone more smoothly. Nice guys, arrived on time, panels boxes and battery where we wanted them. Neat cabling etc. Swept up all debris. Many thanks.

Highly recommended.
