Tried two separate sizes of pants
Tried two separate sizes of pants, neither one worked, but UtahSkis return policy was easy to work with.

It's great to hear that our return policy was helpful in your situation even if it's a bummer that the pants didn't end up working out for you. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
Have a great day!

Delivery was sooner than originally…
Delivery was sooner than originally proposed. Only negative was the packaging appeared as though it was used or had been a return and all parts were loose inside box. Not a huge deal and everything that was needed was in there. Just provided the appearance of not being factory packaged.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we're glad to hear that your order arrived quicker than anticipated! Regarding the packaging, we want to clarify that some of our items are occasionally opened in-store by customers or staff for display or inspection purposes. While we do our best to ensure everything is properly repacked before shipping, we recognize how this might affect the presentation of products and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you for your support and please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
Warm Regards,

Fair prices, solid customer service.
Overall the experience was positive -- ordered a few things, everything was as described and fairly priced. A few of the items didn't work out and I ended up needing to return them, and had to correspond extensively with one of their customer service reps, Hannah, who was super responsive and helpful. They made returns easy, and the "redo" option for $4 is totally worth it. I wish more companies did this.

I live in Colorado and we don’t have the ski shops here that are in Utah like Utah skis. I shop online with this business because of the ease of completing a secure transaction, their inventory and expedited shipping, regardless of the price of an item.
It’s almost a given that they have what I want and it shows up online.
