Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a Console on June 18th of this year. And still no sign of it. The bare minimum of contact back from them!! Not good enough

I ordered a game console and never received is 💯scam

Scumbags never sent the stick! Took my money, Never replied to my emails. Complete vermin! Waste of money amd time!!

Missing order. No way to seem to contact them regarding this. Shocking. Continuing my efforts to get my money back

Worse product I’ve every bought the save state doesn’t work the controllers are crap have to hit it or take the batteries out to get it to stop going left or down and the company doesn’t respond back when you try asking for help and now their website is now gone wtf

The company took my order and sent me an order number. It never arrived. I have chased them several times to ask for an update or a refund by they're not responding. Now their website is unavailable.

I'm pretty sure they deleted all trace of this company at this point. Never received the item been over a month and they ignore any contact. Never seeing that money again

Don’t waste your money mine stopped working after 1 week and no reply from company after numerous emails

After buying online for over 25 years, I can honestly say THIS COMPANY is the WORST for Customer Service and follow up. Waiting 2 months already and still not received my package. Absolute disgrace. I will stay away from this COMPANY (If it is a real company to start with). Fraudulent and Thieves are the only way to describe them.

Never received the console after waiting 3 weeks, no reply to my emails apart from one saying the console was in transit, after that no replies at all,

The tracking number is not valid!
They have all my money, £102GBP with no console received!

Would not recommend buying. Although it delivered within 2 weeks, which didn’t seem bad for something sketchy like this… it is not worth it. After just my second time using it, it continuously failed to load up games and after 15 attempts or so, I loaded the game up just to see that it had somehow lost my saved data.

Bought a 40k game one but came with 39k instead and it's all in Chinese which I do not speak tried changing the language did not work one bit also emailed them numerous times asking for my order to be cancelled and got nothing back

Really happy with the Retro Pro Game Stick – loads of classic games, works great, and setup was super easy.

Awesome experience from beginning to end and wow these games take me back to my youth. So much fun and filled with great memories and new ones as play the games I loved as a kid with my kids.

Great product and service! Took me back in time. Able to enjoy all the games I would play in the arcade and on other gaming systems.

I don’t know why many people are bashing this company I’ve orders multiple of these as gifts and for personal use and they work wonders.

I’ve rarely leave Trustpilot reviews, but this company has left me no choice.

I placed an order with Utilitech and immediately tried to cancel it via email and Instagram messages. Despite contacting them multiple times before dispatch, they completely ignored me and shipped the item anyway.

Once it finally arrived (after an unreasonably long wait), I contacted them again to initiate a return — only to be met with more silence. On the rare occasion I got a response, it was vague and unhelpful, or simply delayed things further. Even after I explained the item was faulty (the SD card didn’t work), they asked me to send a video — which I did — and then ignored me again.

Let’s be clear:
• I asked to cancel before dispatch — ignored.
• I emailed and messaged repeatedly — ignored.
• I provided evidence — ignored.
• I followed their instructions — ignored.
• I’ve now contacted my bank and Meta to report them and will add Trading Standards for good measure

I have full written proof of every attempt to cancel and return, and of the faulty product I was ultimately left with.

This isn’t a business — it’s a masterclass in how not to treat customers. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would give zero stars if I could.

When I tested the first game, it immediately froze. On the second attempt, the controller connection was unstable, and the game continued to hang and became unplayable.
