When I tested the first game, it immediately froze. On the second attempt, the controller connection was unstable, and the game continued to hang and became unplayable.
Alsp, there is no one to reach out to.

They are %100 liars I bought it for €66. It’s not fast as they say, some games are not working properly. The controllers are not rechargeable you need batteries and they don’t go off you need to remove the batteries.
I paid for VIP expedited shipping (2 days faster) that doesn’t work, i ordered mine on 16/6 and i received it on 12/7. Also it hangs and it freezes and doesn’t save your progress.
So basically they order from AliExpress for you and then sell it to you, you can get exact same for €28 on AliExpress and you will receive it faster. Contact is useless on their website they don’t reply, only sometimes on instagram they will reply.

Hi ' paid almost €65 for a game stick for a gift. Got messed around saying it was being delivered, "delivery attempt" ???
Nothing ever came as 24 hr postal secure lock boxes, plus manager there daily.
This is simply a complete scam, not received any item at all. No communication ref a refund or anything else. Had emails at the start saying "courier issue" but nothing since, so no pkg or refund.

Bought a game May 20. Still didn’t received it. 0 communication after sending e-mails.

This company has no interest in communicating with you once they have your money, I’ve sent numerous emails asking them for help with connection the second controller to the game stick the only thing I have had is complete silence.
Do not buy from this shower of shite!!!😡😡😡

I’ve gotten the product. It takes some time for it to arrive. 2-3 weeks. The controllers are a bit shitty. Losing connection often so you have to take the batteries out and in once in a while. Customer service is non existent. Wrote to them, but with no reply. The SD card was flawed, so I couldn’t save my progress. Found a reddit post about someone experiencing the same problem and fixed it.

The game stick works, I can play my games, but with some discomfort. I wouldn’t buy from this provider again. The concept is so fun! Just need a bit more professionalism.

Placed an order on June 8th it’s now the 21st June and it’s still not been processed and they have stopped responding to my emails

Had hoped for a good service as initialled they responded to an email to me with a games list for me. And were helpful on email's

Will now be persuing a refund

Bought one of their game sticks and when it finally arrived it did not work. It basically was an expensive memory stick that could not be used for anything. Don't be like me and avoid this scam.
