Well this would have been my 3rd purchase I actually love the product but after purchasing the product you guys took my money but then 3 days later I got an email from bluecheck saying I didnt pass the age verification amd that my product would not be shipped to me I emailed them 3 times asking how to verify my age and they just keep emailing me back saying I didnt pass age verification and my money was never returned

I was having an issue placing the order and they were very helpful and made the process easy

My device doesn't even turn on or charge. Complete waste of money. I was hoping to find a good company with reliable products so I went ahead and got extra atomizers and went all out doing research on what would work best for me and I am so disappointed. I just had my first baby boy yesterday and dont have time for this so if you would like a good customer and recurring revenue please send me a device that works and a return lable and I'll send this one back. Product is amazing. I have at least three of their vaporizers and would/will buy new ones as they come around. Great brand. Customer service is ok to work with when and if you have an issue. Shipping is also lightning fast. Only area for improvement is follow-thru on some shipping notices and special offers they issue via email, that don’t match offers online.

Buy this if you care about your lungs and you are a daily smoker!! Best decision I ever made.

I’ve mainly been a Puffco Peak Pro (PPP) girl but when several of my fave blogs rated the Utillian 8 above the PPP this year, I decided to see what all the fuss was about.

There are several things about the Utillian 8 that I like just as much, if not more than the PPP. The flavor is better, the extract lasts longer, the atomizer doesn’t scorch as fast, half the cost, less mess.

But the bottom of the ceramic bowl in the atomizer cracked mid-session 7 days after I got the unit. I’ve tried filing an RMA repeatedly and the website page just spins. I’ve sent messages to customer service with no response. Yes, $219 is a lot less than the PPP but I’ve never had one of their ceramic chambers just crack mid-session and I’ve certainly never experienced this kind of customer service.

My experience started out amazing and then just flatlined.

I appreciated the discount at time of purchase& Shipped out quickly. Simple to use and clean. The mouth piece can get overly hot if you’re not careful with the temperature setting. This was a gift and overall I am pleased!

I have had the Utillian 5 for a long time and love it. I've been able to use it on my box mod without any issues and just one kanthal coil lasted me most of the time I've had it. Went from starting to clog up right back to where it was when I put it in originally! Very solid product and solid materials.
