I'm glad a portal like this exists! I'm currently waiting for my health insurance to kick in and was really nervous when I called my doctors office and they told me how much it was going to cost for the visit alone. I looked into this company prior to entering my information and they are accredited. I found them on bbb.org to ensure their reliability. I received my call within a half hour!

This website makes it so easy! So nice to not have to go into an actual doctors office when you already know you have a UTI! I was hesitant to use this site as I have never used anything like this before but after reading all the good reviews I thought I would give it a shot and I am so happy I did! The call was so quick and easy! Highly recommend for anyone who has had UTIs in the past and knows the symptoms!

Quick, simple, effective services!

Never experienced online consultation. This was so easy and efficient especially when you are so uncomfortable. We had a 5 minute phone call and my prescription is about to be ready in an hour. The entire proceeds maybe took no more that 30-45 mins (that includes waiting for a call back). Very very happy with my experience!!!

I woke up in pain could not urinate. I Google my systems and came across their website . I answered their questions and with in 5 minutes after they opened a doctor called me. She asked me a few more questions and with in a ten minute conversation she was calling in the prescription. She was the most caring and concerned doctor I have ever had treat me and she has never even met me in person.

With covid19 going on, I would much rather stay home then go into an office and this made the process of getting antibiotics so much easier! So happy that I can just go pick up my antibiotics and go straight home. The doctor on the phone was super sweet and caring as well!
