Quick and excellent service. The doctor called at 815 am and quickly helped diagnosis and provide information about the antibiotic he ordered and how to take it. Excellent overall.

So thankful for this service. The thought of going inside a medical facility for treatment of a non-contagious issue, knowing I will undoubtedly be around individuals with contagious illnesses, seemed counterproductive and silly. This is common sense medical treatment at a time we all need it most.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, but they've given me no choice. I loved the idea of getting this treatment online and over the phone because I have no insurance, a pandemic is going on, and I knew Urgent Care would cost more. The antibiotic they prescribed did not work. After it was complete symptoms were still there. I told them this when they followed up by email and they told me to call. I called and they never picked up, but the automated voice gave me the option to hang up when I was on hold and have them call back saying I wouldn't lose my place in line. No one ever called back. I paid the money for the consult for nothing, and they couldn't even bother to help me after they prescribed me a medication that didn't work. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend.

So far this process is less expensive and better than going into an office.

It was the simplest website by far out of any to get online treatment. They called me within 2 minutes and I was able to get a prescription immediately. This was really helpful to me as I needed immediate care and my normal doctor was closed. So fast and friendly and so glad I could get the help I needed.
