Thank you for reaching out. We haven’t been made aware of any previous message from you, so if you could please contact us directly at enquiries@v4.co.uk we will be able to confirm which collection and product you are referring to and get a clearer picture of the issue.
For clarity, our engineered wood floors are a natural product and therefore not waterproof, whereas our SPC collection is 100% water-resistant.

We had a great experience with V4 flooring. The showroom is large and well stocked and very welcoming. Jon was very helpful in advising what they had available. The quality and range of woods featured is outstanding. Worth a visit, we wish we had found it sooner.

A Great Experience at V4 Wood Flooring
My wife and I recently visited the V4 Wood Flooring showroom and were hosted by Jon Avenell. We were thoroughly impressed—not just with the wide range of beautiful flooring options on display, but also with Jon’s knowledge and professionalism. He made the entire experience easy and informative, helping us understand what would work best for our needs.
The showroom itself is exceptional—well-designed and clearly focused on giving customers a real feel for the products. We left feeling confident and are now seriously considering V4 for our renovation project.
