Ella was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She made the entire finance process fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Her communication was second to none — always clear, professional, and right on time. She kept me updated at every step and handled everything with genuine care and efficiency.
It’s rare to find someone who combines great personality with such strong time management and attention to detail. Ella truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was settled quickly and correctly.

Felix won’t let you down. Absolute gun what he does.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Felix, who made every thing as easy as possible. He would check in tonsee if the lends me had been in contact and if not he would then be sure to get hold of them to nudge them along. I didn’t have to ask Felix once how it was going as he would give me regular updates on how we were looking. Not to mention it less than 2 days to get across the line.
I’ve borrowed from banks and after speaking with Felix you would ring him every single time before going anywhere else.
Really really happy with the effort and persistence from Felix. Can’t recommend him or valiant high enough simple, from your home and Felix does all the hard work. Beers on me if I ever get to meet the good man. Cheers, Sam
