Excellent Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had an issue with a light shade I ordered, which arrived with a dirt mark on it. I contacted ValueLights, and I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they dealt with the matter.

The customer service was excellent, and they resolved the issue promptly and without any fuss. It’s really refreshing to receive such helpful and considerate service.

I would definitely recommend ValueLights and would happily order from them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely lanterns and brilliant delivery

Most companies can ship goods in a timely manner but the good ones respond positively when things go wrong. I received a replacement pump for my water feature within 24 hours without quibble - awesome service thank you.

Ordered the bulbs at 4.15pm and they arrived at 1.30pm the following day. You can't get much better than that.

Nice lamp. Substantial construction and good value for money. Slightly fiddly to insert bulb but looks smart.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. They are beyond excellent. The lights I order (of which there were 2) were exactly what I wanted and have really enhanced my home. I had some difficulties understanding which replacement bulbs to order, and Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. He answered every question I had and helped with my order. I will DEFINITELY use again and hope to order another lamp soon.

Excellent product. I thought I wouldn’t be able to find replacement shades for my 20yr old light fittings but these shades fit perfectly and they were a great price. I have replaced 9 shades so much cheaper than buying new light fittings.

Absolutely appalling product , i have ordered two lamps that are advertised as
Balan Glass and Brushed Chrome Table Lamp
They are not glass but plastic!!!!
Nothing about them is glass!!!
I would avoid this fake brand at all costs.

My new table lamp was easy to assemble, but I didn’t know how to charge it up. There were no instructions. I looked on Google, and it said the charging port was discreetly on the base. It wasn’t. Eventually, I found the charging port was on the bulb. Pretty frustrating.

Found you on the web, had what I was looking for exactly and that you delivered to the Isle of Man.

Beautiful lamp base was dissapointed by the lampshade as it is smaller than expected for the size of the base, would have been perfect if lampshade had of been bigger. I m going to replace the lampshade with a bigger one. Well packaged and quick delivery.

Absolutely love the products, quality and price point! Fantastic service too I ordered at 17:15pm and goods were with me the following morning at 09:15am can’t argue with that…when I order I want it now so well done from me 👏
