Saw the lamp , ordered and was with us within 2 days

Was really difficult to get this item
Delivered. It is a cheap lamp that they required to be signed for, only deliver options are from Monday - Friday from 8-6. How is anyone that has a job or children able to be at home all day? Took 4 attempts to deliver and when it arrived the item was of poor quality. I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing as it was a cheap lamp but the legs did not sit in the bezzle correctly so it will not stand up.

I received the lights and they look good but the delivery firm that you used were not good. They threw the box over a very high fence to land on the ground. Thankfully nothing was broken

Sorry but it seems very hard for dyslexics like me to contact you. We put our light up looks amazing but it wont turn off - has a remote. Can you plz tell us why or send another control. Regards Genevieve Matthews

Ordered a Value Lights tripod lamp via Amazon. Listed as DHL delivery. Sent Evri. Tripod shelf faulty - one hole had been drilled too deep to secure. Sent message via Amazon and said I’d be happy with a replacement shelf provided they checked it to ensure it too wasn’t faulty. They said they would. Second shelf arrived today. Replacement has 2 holes that have been drilled wrong. Two issues here: 1) Supplier clearly hadn’t checked my item #poorcustomerservice 2).My item was clearly poorly manufactured #shoddyworkmanship Solution: leave multiple reviews and never buy from them again.
