Very please with product. True to size. Nearly didn't order plus size waterproof as need for holiday 3 weeks time and website says will take longer to deliver as special order. Delivered in 3 days. Quantifying delivery times may increase sales!

Fantastic outdoor clothes and brilliant customer service.

It was a pleasant surprise to find a company specialising in large sized clothing and equipment for larger sizes. I wasn’t previously aware that Osprey made Extended Size rucksacks. The bag that I ordered is perfect for my needs, great price, stock and fast free delivery. Perfect.

Great choice of clothing, great descriptions about sizing and good service.

Fantastic customer service , a personal touch , I will be ordering from them again 👌

Finally! A plus-size outdoor brand that gets it right. I ordered a fleece and a jacket, and the quality is outstanding. I’ve struggled to find durable, warm clothing in my size from other outdoor companies, but Vampire Outdoor Gear has nailed it. This is by far the best quality clothing I’ve come across in the plus-size outdoor niche. Thank you for creating such reliable gear!

Efficient service, thank you.

Solid service by someone that values their customers.
This order was arranged between the supplier and Rebecca following my request.

Site info and measurements were really great for getting for a feel of clothing that I need but I'm not sure to, i.e. plus size. The fit of evening is great.

Really fast delivery , great product . Very happy .

The website is easy to navigate, with a wonderful range, especially if like me ,you need a larger size. The item was delivered quickly with no problem. All -in -all a good experience.

It's so refreshing to find an outdoor performance clothing company who do bigger sizes. I have just bought the ALTA III jacket and love it! Finally a jacket which closes over my "girls".... And not all pink. Extremely happy with this. And being of a certain age, the cooling vents are fabulous.

Excellent items for sale. Being inclusive means a lot to me. Sent out really quickly. Very good service.

Good fit, excellent quality of fleece

I absolutely love the hiking trousers I ordered. They fit beautifully and move with me, almost feel like leggings. They kept the mud and water out even when being used for mountain biking in the driving rain. Very very impressed.

Very qwick delivery chatted woth lady about sizes recommended
