Fantastic shop and excellent customer service. My purchases all arrived quickly. When something I ordered was out of stock, Rebecca contacted me to talk through alternatives and offered some great advice for how to use them. I always buy from Vampire Outdoors if I can.

I’ve just received the walking trousers I ordered and I’m thrilled with them. They fit beautifully which is so unusual in a plus size garment. The whole process was easy, quick and personal. Thank you.

Quick delivery. Item as described. Thinks it's great that a company is catering for plus size in this hobby. Would definitely shop here again!

Very good service, and quick delivery

Absolutely amazing service and high quality, technical jacket which fits well on a plus size lady. Already in use at altitude in European Alps.
Rebecca always goes the extra mile to make sure things fit and you are ordering exactly what you need. This time she went above and beyond.

Such a great business! My parcel arrived really quickly despite it being Christmas season and I loved the free sticker and the surprise prize. They curate a very thoughtful collection of outdoor wear and I will shop with them again.

V quick service too

From the initial enquiry to the ordering of the product, the service was excellent.
I asked questions and was answered each time with clear and precise answers.
Rebecca took the time to find out my needs and then helped me to make an informed decision based on her own knowledge and expertise.
The despatch and delivery were clearly communicated and the aftercare along with the handwritten note made the difference.
Choosing small independent businesses always make sense.

Great prompt service.

The quality is second to none the feel of the jacket is warm and cosy but not at all bulky just what I was after I am so pleased with my purchase.
Thank you very much vampire

Really love the concept of this website. It was easy to navigate my way round, and the delivery was very fast. I am super happy with the pstyle urinary device. It works brilliantly. Much better than the original shewee I used to own. I also loved the personal message I received from the company. A personal touch makes such a difference. I follow the company on Instagram and they seem to be really making a massive difference to the outdoor industry, which has for too long, been the domain of men. Now women, and women who are more than a size 12, can have access to the outdoors through this wonderful company. Keep on doing your thing Vampire Outdoors, you're awesome!
