NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled the minibus we booked one day before our wedding without offering an alternative in November. We waited from November 24th until December 31st to receive a refund of our payment and deposit! I waited until now to post this review so have been exceptionally patient but please avoid this company and don’t find yourself in a similar position. Excuse after excuse in terms of not refunding us!
EDIT… a couple of hours after posting this we FINALLY received our refund, along with some calls asking that we remove this post. I will not remove it as this is a true and honest review. Initially we were offered £40 in compensation for the utterly disappointing experience we have had, we didn’t receive this but I’m really not surprised.
