Was allowed to browse on my own and then speak to the salesman Brian when I was ready to ask more .
Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable on his subject and answered my questions fully.
In all I would recommend Van Monster.

Immaculate cars at great prices with excellent customer service
Fabulous experience at van monster from start to finish. From the warm welcome from Fred when phoning to enquire about the car through to handing over the keys when the sale was made.
All questions happily answered (no matter how silly). Given space and time to have a good look round the car and carefully walked through the paperwork when the deal was done.
The car itself was immaculate, competitively priced and freshly valeted on both 1st and return visits.
Felt well taken care of with no stress or pressure to buy.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a great deal from an honest and trustworthy dealership

Service from Brian was fantastic. What we loved that we were able to browse without any issues and able to decide on our own without anyone being pushy to get a sale. Once decided Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and advised us on anything we asked. Exceptional service and will definitely recommend

Bought a fantastic we van a Mercedes sprinter from van monster great price emacullate condition Fred from the glasgow branch was excellent from the start to finish giving all information required and paperwork I would recommend highly van monster.

amazed
due to my vans mounting repair bill decided to hand it back and look for a newer one.so one saturday night found 2 on there site so decided to do the soft search to see if i could get finance thats as far as i went.
the monday i was contacted by jon who gave me all the options with none of the pressure so decided to let him go ahead and to my amazement by thursday everything was in place. brian in glasgow contacted me so i could pay the deposit and within 2 weeks i had the keys there customer service is second to none any question answered would defo recomend to anyone in a difficult situation as they stop at nothing to get you back on the road if i could give them a 10 i would thanks to all involved

Glasgow - Vauxhall Vivaro - Brian
Brian, who took me round the van and for a test drive, was very kind and helpful.
He had plenty of knowledge to answer the questions I had about the vehicle and processes around purchase and presented the information in a reasonable way that made sense to me. He also explained some of the background on how the business operates and the standards they have for the vehicles.
I have confirmed the 14 day returns policy and booked the van I have just purchased in for a health-check at a local garage I trust. If this review has not been changed, all has gone well, and my current standing of being very happy with the van is my final review.
