Ordered the units in Black Friday (Already had my eye on them anyway so saw the actual discount).
Ordered them and was told they were on back order and given an ETA.

Just asked if I could be updated should that change. They let me know when they came in stock early and got them delivered promptly.

FYI the transit custom leather seat covers are a pig to put on. When they're on, they're great but my god its finger torture to do.

A part of my order had not been received. Undoubtedly the Royal Mail had cocked up once again. However an email to Larah and the problem was solved (providing the Royal Mail deliver this time). Thank you Lara. Have a great Christmas Van Pimps.

Really happy with my purchases,bought some seat covers and a steering wheel cover,both really good quality and have improved the interior of my van greatly. Also got a bit of money off with Black Friday deals too!

Regret ever buying from this company. Received poor standard products and they have been wholly unreasonable and unhelpful throughout try to find excuses to get out of any responsibility, had asked for a refund on numerous occasions and got nowere. It is the first time ever I have had escalate an issue with a business as they being so wholly unreasonable and unhelpful.
They do not care, their customer service is poor and I have been left with a very bitter taste having dealt with them.

So! I purchase 8 windows for my Citroen Relay van conversion.
Out of the eight, One was faulty and one arrived broken all in the bottom of it's bag.
Now I know Van Pimp cannot be responsible for damage in transit but the faulty unit has a glass fault from manufacturing.
I have fitted one so far and can say that the product looks great.
The adessive is very very hard to squeeze from the mastic tube.
Heated up as instructed.
& I ask for more primmer as 4 tubs for 8 windows is a bit tight.
my reply was no! you have enough.
spent nearly £900.00 and I have to go on Amazon and buy more.
Not great.
The service for the replacement glass was good.

I bought a windows package for a Transit Custom it came with a trim package FOC but they sent the wrong trim that is compatible with my vehicle. I have tried to talk to them since completely unhelpful be very careful dealing with this company. Check everything as they don't care!

Door seal turned up on time, doesn’t leak anymore so must be good.

Instead of floor I bought, was a jagged end of roll, refunded no problem.
2nd chance, window badly packed but survived the £13 delivery. Window trim untidy, refund/replacement denied by Craig.

I ordered a new grille for my transit custom but the clips don't hold it back and they just pop back out. I even toom it to a bodyshop and they said the same thing.

Hi went to collect lady was very helpful, purchased side windows for sprinter they look great fitted nice quality. Only negative is went to collect at loading bay young chap just handed me windows wrapped in cling film no other protection, asked if they normally comes like this he told me it cost extra for packing ? Being antique dealer I had blankets and straps to secure them over wheel arch.
