I came to Preston vantage Toyota to…
I came to Preston vantage Toyota to have my Aygo x firstly serviced and then a new shock absorber fitted, the service was excellent/outstanding. The lady who dealt with it was called Stef this lady was another level she could not do enough for myself the customer. While I was waiting another customer asked why I came all the way from the lakes to Vantage Preston, the answer was obviously the very high standard of the service you get I would alway ask for this staff member, taking nothing away from the other service members, keep up the excellent 👍 work you do you are truly an ambassador for Toyota.

Vantage Toyota Leeds were great because I felt like I was their only customer. As soon as inwalked in I was greeted and offered a drink.
Stuart sat me down and showed me some cars when I explained what I wanted and what budget I had. We found one to suit me and it was smooth sailing from there. Lovely experience.

Great service and great cars
I'd definitely recommend Vantage Toyota York to friends and family because I've always had a good experience there. I never felt like the sales staff are pushy, always pleasant and seem to be genuinely trying to get the best deal for me. Ed from the sales team looked after me last time and did a fantastic job.

When I took delivery of the car Nigel explained fully the operation of vehicle. By the time I drove car home I had forgotten must of what Nigel had told me I contacted Nigel and he talked me through locking the car. Stress free.
The whole experience was completely stress free. We were met by Ed at our appointment time, who firstly listened to our requirements, then took us on test drives in two different models, each time providing honest feedback our questions. We were happy to make the change to a newer car after our visit.

Relaxed and helpful
I was dreading buying a new car, as I find salespeople a bit overwhelming, but I needn't have worried. Ian was welcoming and helpful, taking time to explain my options and allowing me to be in full control of my decisions. I mentioned I intended to test drive a car from a different dealer, and he simply replied that the alternative would also be a good choice, rather than trying to push me into making a decision. He outlined the finance options, and when I explained I would be a cash buyer he listened and did not try to push. He took time to explain every detail and feature of my new Corolla, and gave me and my wife a quick lesson in driving an automatic. I enjoyed buying my new car, and would have no hesitation in returning (although with Toyota's reputation for reliability I don't expect to need to any time soon!).
