Relaxed and helpful
I was dreading buying a new car, as I find salespeople a bit overwhelming, but I needn't have worried. Ian was welcoming and helpful, taking time to explain my options and allowing me to be in full control of my decisions. I mentioned I intended to test drive a car from a different dealer, and he simply replied that the alternative would also be a good choice, rather than trying to push me into making a decision. He outlined the finance options, and when I explained I would be a cash buyer he listened and did not try to push. He took time to explain every detail and feature of my new Corolla, and gave me and my wife a quick lesson in driving an automatic. I enjoyed buying my new car, and would have no hesitation in returning (although with Toyota's reputation for reliability I don't expect to need to any time soon!).

Sound sales people at the Preston…
Sound sales people at the Preston depot, we spoke to Mark who showed us the vehicle and at no point was pushing it on us. The test drive was simple and we bought our first Toyota. We are more than happy with the service we got from them and i would recommend them all day long.

’ve owned my Toyota since 2016 and…
I’ve owned my Toyota since 2016 and honestly the prices being charged now feel like a complete joke. I was charged around £230 just for diagnostics and an air conditioning check — basically connecting a computer to the car and checking a system that was regassed only last year.
The ABS issue was diagnosed as:
“C1311 open in main relay… melted connector terminals… requires new wiring harness, ABS booster and relay.”
Then I was quoted nearly £9,700 for repairs on an older Toyota Yaris. For a car of this age, that figure is absolutely shocking and unrealistic. I understand repairs can be expensive, but this feels excessive to the point of being absurd.
Very disappointing experience for a long-term Toyota customer.

Great experience during my used car purchase
I'd recommend Vantage Toyota Leeds to a friend because they did a fantastic job from start to finish. With the initial autotrader call Jordan talked me through the car and the service work they planned to do on it which got me through the door so to speak. At the dealership Mike the manager, and Sam, were both also great. On collection day my schedule was quite tight and Mike managed to fit me in at a great time so I could drive away happy. Cheers!

Long Standing Customer
Toyota, Leeds. After many years of great service, I no longer wish to be affiliated with the Vantage Group. Calls, emails and messages go unanswered. Estimates (for both necessary and unnecessary work) have increased. Poor servicing. I don't would to be grovelled at for custom, but I would have expected someone to query why I no longer wish to do business with them.
