Ordering was straight forward tho its hard to navigate account and wanting to look at points and how to spend them, i find sometimes i put stuff in a basket and log into account only for things not to be there. Delivery was quick

Delivery time kept getting prolonged and the driver just chucked it at my door step, took a picture and left. Didn't even knock. Good job the vape liquid itself wasn't damaged and only the box.

I do not agree with shipping protection as it is the courier responsibility after it has been collected. As I am in the industry and talking with experience.

Avoid at all costs wouldn’t even give a 1 star they are scammers customer service is shocking the way I’ve been spoke to by them on the phone is appalling I told them I was going away so wasn’t going to get the delivery even though I ordered it Friday and it’s been delivered today Tuesday when I’m not there it’s been put outside my front door there saying they are going to do anything I was told the parcel would arrive Monday it hasn’t

I tried contacting the company by email and through message on their website. Haven’t gotten a single reply back. Suffice to say I won’t be ordering from them again

Have used a different company for a couple of years but through no fault of their own the Chinese have altered the taste of the Prefilled tobacco cartridges so had been looking for another company who had the ones I normally have found this company have had no problems would recommend
