Everything is always in stock and after having a faulty pod device, they were straight on it when I emailed and promptly sent a replacement. Great customer service and delivery.

One of the items i ordered did not arrive with the rest of the items ordered. i emailed the company and they replied fairly promptly. this was very much appreciated. i received a text message to ensure that they were taking this very seriously which was again very much appreciated. jordan in particular was very helpful. many thanks to him

Issue resolved
I ordered two 9000 RandM vapes and paid an extra £8 (next working day delivery) and still two weeks later i haven’t got the vapes they were sat at the depot and when i finally got a call back from parcel force they told me they were sent back and i can’t email them as it doesn’t seem to work, i have lost a total of £33 and no vapes with no way to get either the vapes or a refund. As of this date there has been no contact between me or customer service, i’ve emailed about 5 times and none of gone through. it’s a joke as this point. :Edit
they came through with a message (12 hours later) and very politely asked me if i wanted the issue resolved. Thank you Jordan for your 10/10 customer service.

We as a business are always open to constructive feedback it actually helps us do better as a business. But calling us a Scam is something that hurts our integrity and the integrity of our existing customers both internal and external.
Now I would appreciate it if you could either leave your order number or email id or your phone number and we will be happy to reach out to you and resolve this for you. We are super passionate about our business and our customers we understand at times things go wrong but we are always here to fix it for them

I have ordered disposable one of them works fine and second it taste burned. I have tried to contact them. They dont answer the phone and I tried to write an email about it seems their email don’t work it keep on sending back to the sender.
They got back to me and they Are sending a replacement 10/10

Vapes that make you ill.- resolved
I ordered 2 vapes from this shop, both R and M 7000 puffs. Just a warning if you have any issues with them don’t expect to get a response because I have tried multiple times with no luck. Every time I use the vapes I feel physically sick to my stomach and have had so many stomach issues which I mentioned in the emails. The vapes literally burn out after like 10 pulls and tastes like cancer. Please go somewhere else it isn’t worth it. I am sure that once this review is out and it damages the look of the brand I will be emailed back but as of now, nothing.
Update: I received an email as well as a message from the company offering me replacements for my purchase which I accepted. The costumer service team was good and tried to resolve the issue as best as they could. I will write another update if the same issue doesn’t happen again but so far my experience is good.

Easy to order and very fast delivery. I've had a few orders, first one without a glitch. The second one of the vapes was faulty so i contacted and they resolved the issue straight away. Will be placing another order soon!

Ordered some Vapes
Ordered some Vapes, got delivered on the next day. (I wasn't home at that time...)
Only issue was that I didn't get a tracking number or confirmation of delivery, but since I wrote to them at: support at vapegala.com the issue was resolved immediately and in a superb way.
The co.uk email address is not working, but don't worry, use the other one with .com. :)
I would absolutely recommend !
