Don't give money to Andrew Beard. I've had ongoing problems with Vape IQ on and off for months. My last order is missing nearly £20, and the last one got sent after I threatened to call Trading Standards. I should have known when the bank AC kept changing and it went to bank transfer only. If I ever go up North for business I will be paying him a visit. I know it's only £20 but how many people has it happened to? He doesn't respond to emails either and the email address keeps changing. I don't know who you owe money to la but you don't steal from people who are struggling to service your debts.

Vape iq now a scam, pay for goods 5 weeks 4 emails absolutely nothing. Reported for fraud and to trading standards and got my money back in the bank. Scumbag scammer disgraceful despicable person

Delayed sending, Then when it IS sent, it was sent to Stevenage NOT Sussex! by royal fail !
and of course no way to contact!

No communication, goods still in processing after a month.
Not the first time I was let down by this company.
unfortunately I gave them the benefit of doubt and reordered.

Very poor customer service and communication is none existent, i placed order around two weeks ago stated on their website delivery three working days from order sent email to vape iq twice and still not even got the politeness to respond would not recommend however they do take your money quickly

Would no longer use this company under any circumstances. I’ve bought from them for years since they were Best Cig Liquid when they were great. Recent purchases have become worse and worse, with wrong flavours being sent and long delays in despatching. Last order (thankfully only £10) not received and emails and messages ignored. How is the website allowed to still be functioning? My breathing has been bad lately and I begin to wonder what rubbish Andy Beard was using in the products. Steer clear!

They are dissolved on company's house do not buy off the website they have gone save your money please

Stole my money. Andy Beard is the crook. He plays with his daughter. His grandchildren are his children.

I have been buying things from this company for a long time,but my last order which was placed 20/11/2025 still haven't received it,they take your money through bank transfer and nothing on return,be careful guys, something is not right...

I ordered from tobacco-vape co uk , which seems to be a linked fake company. Order placed but not delivered and no response to emails. Avoid this fake shop! Save your money.

I have been a long time customer of both this company and it's previous incarnation Best Cig Liquid and have previously praised the quality of their liquids and the service I have received. I placed an order and for the first time ever I had to pay Andy Beard directly by bank transfer and of course like others have said I received absolutely nothing. I tried to get in touch by email but surprise surprise I got no response. I contacted Andy by messenger and did get a response but still no eliquid. It's now been 2 months since I placed my order and I've received nothing, no eliquid and no refund. I've been ordering from here for at least 7 years so to say I'm disappointed with this situation is an understatement. I wish I had believed the reviews here before I sent money to this fraudster. Don't be like me and the many others he has scammed, look elsewhere for your eliquid and don't send him any money under any circumstances unless you want to lose it.

Like others, a long time customer from bcl days. Last order was 9Dec 25. As others stated the usual vape iq account was bypassed and paid Andy B.
After many emails, some of them with a reply, I finally received my order on 10 Jan26.
So I’m sure there isn’t a scam. Just people struggling. I hope others resolve their issues also.

Having been a customer for 2 or 3 years I was always very happy with the service and the product However I paid by BACS for two separate orders late September and heard nothing. Today, 24th January completely out of the blue my two orders arrived. Several reviewers speak about a scam and I was inclined to agree but not now. Whatever their problems were it seems that they are now sorted.

Been a customer from day one when traded under a different name. I know this chap personal from school days. I have no idea WTF is going on atm but this really saddens me.
It's very much out of character for him. To build a company from nothing and got it to thrive for many years to this is just mind boggling IMHO 😭

Been buying from this company for many years with no problems. Always had great service at a great price even if the delivery has been a little slow sometimes. However my last two orders from November last year have not been posted and the seller refuses to answer the multiple emails i have sent, to multiple email adresses. Vapeiq customer service seems not to exist anymore and they've taken my money without fullfilling my order. Sad to see what used to be a very good company now seemingly scamming their loyal customer base. Should be reported to the Police, at a minimum Trading Standards. I do not recommemed anyone purchases from Vapeiq.

Previously hadn't had a problem with this company so didn't think twice about making a BACs transaction payment to an Andrew Beard.
Nothing received after 2 weeks started to make enquiries on their online contact form, which conveniently reports an error.
Checked Trust pilot and here I am.
Did a domain lookup and everythings redacted.

Been buying from Vapeiq for a few years with no problems. However I’m like an awful lot of other people, having recently ordered and paid by BACS i’ve heard nothing despite emailing several times. I could understand asking for BACS payments given how much card providers take but i’m convinced that someone is now deliberately taking money with no intention of providing the goods .
