I ordered 8 items from this website and it said my item was dispatched. Royal mail has now sent it back to the sender for an unknown reason. I have contacted the store several times and have not received a response.

Good price, good service

Made an order for 6 vapes with next day delivery, granted it was a weekend so expected them 2-3 days after the order. Royal Mail notice came and is still sitting on awaiting seller to pass over for delivery a week and a half later. Contacted customer support with no response, still missing £40 and no order

I ordered my goods on the 22nd may paid £5 for next day delivery and now we on the 27th and still no goods if they ever arrive I will requesting a full refund and sending back

Efficient and prompt service

Ordered 2 jars of the CBD crystals and there where damaged not ecen useable I emailed them about it and it’s been nearly a week now and they haven’t got back to me I wouldn’t waste your time with their product

Quick delivery.

My first order never arrived I am still waiting and this order arrived and is completely empty nothing in it. So my two experiences have been absolutely atrocious. Nearly £30 and nothing to show for it. I am thinking of seeking advice for a full refund.

After placing an order, I was called by a very helpful lady, who advised some of the flavours of products I ordered could not be fulfilled. She very kindly sourced alternatives and popped in a load of freebies by way of apology. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my order and got it to me with next day delivery. It’s rare to experience a personal customer care solution that really goes the extra mile. Needless to say I was over the moon and will be a repeat customer !

I was very happy with my order. Even thought they didn't have the flavour I wanted, a lovely lady called me and offered me another flavour and a freebie. Also Delivered quickly.

Appreciate the extra items thrown in but most of the items were not what I ordered and won't be used.

Despite having the next day delivery, we did have to wait four or five days, I was aware of the bank holiday but the wait was very long, I believe one of the vapes was broken and I understand you are going to replace this.
My son did speak to someone on the phone who was very helpful.
