Bought 2 vapes recently and the quality is very hit and miss. Have bought plenty on and off over a period of time. But whats the use when the 10000 puff vape you purchased tastes burnt out after 500 puffs or even less. I bought 2 different vapes in the same order recently and after getting the burnt out taste very early into the 10000 puff one, switched to the 7000 puff, first taste - burnt out vape. Waste of money really, think I will have to look elsewhere for some decent quality vapes.

I ordered over a week ago paying extra for 1-2 days delivery spending £40 - I chased up with the chat bot they said there was a delay in despatch still not arrived8 days later. Emails ignored no despatch confirmed - wont hold my breath for my money back or my products

AVOID! I been waiting over a week ,sending emails, live chat ,trying to call however answer machine it's all you can get ,no reply from customer service, I contact bank to help get my money back , don't buy from them, time wasters!!

Made some orders on Saturday night, for about £150. Got asked to age verify the very next morning, and i mailed a picture of my drivers license 3-4 hours later as asked. Yet now 5 days later my order is still in "ordered", one of the orders are even shown like a didnt pay for it but i did

Tried chatting on their website, sent 4-5 emails, no response. Customer service is non-existent. And now i wonder if im getting scammed since they dont even answer my e-mails and are impossible to get in contact with!
