Very poor communication
Placed order 20th August. After 6 days tried contacting via live chat, email and order enquiry form to find out what was happening.
I have had no response. I would not be so annoyed if they would just have acknowledged my existence. I have requested a " no quibble" refund, sadly not very hopeful

Yikes - horrible experience
Yikes. First time customer. Vapes arrived and they are all faulty. Either burnt out coils and taste like burning, or the batteries are faulty and die after a few puffs. They burnt my throat too.
Customer service are completely non contactable, chat and phone don't go anywhere. I'm waiting for an answer to my email, but not pleased at all as a first time customer.
I'd recommend avoiding as clearly QA is not good.

Can not get hold of customer service The telephone number provided keeps going to ee voicemail. Contacted them on social media where they read my message and did not reply and tried the live chat to which I've had nothing back. All I want to know is where my order is

Great range of products
Great range of products at very reasonable prices easy to order from plus reward points. Browsing the site was easy as well I found the products I wanted to order plus a few extras at a really cheap price. Free 2-3 day shipping on orders over £25.
