Very good, enjoy shopping with you.

Vapes are good and richly flavoured. However, the store is managed by unprofessionals. I ordered on 1 August and paid an extra for one day of shipping. When I was expecting a dispatched email the next day, I got nothing. Then I emailed them and got no response. I got an automatic dispatch email 4 days later, but there was no explanation. Even this day, they ignored my email and did not respond.

I paid for express delivery, 8 days later my order still hasn't been despatched. I've emailed them and still no response. When I've used them previously they were good, but will not use them again now

Took a week to notify me an item I ordered was out of stock. They then told me they had another flavour in so I just asked for one of those. Took 2 weeks to arrive and when it arrived the product that I asked for it to be replaced with wasn't in the parcel. Won't be ordering again

Great product, have already ordered again from vaper store. Delivery was abit delayed but that was Royal Mail error.

My order never arrived, I raised this to them and they didn’t care! They wouldn’t give me a refund either. Terrible company

delivery was speedy. The vapes were intact and well-packaged. The only downfall was they didn't all work, there were 2 that wouldn't work. I know they are cheap but I expected them to work. Still get what you pay for I suppose, I will know better next time. I'm not sure if I will order from here again, probably won't.

I had ordered 2nr Zeltu X2 kits on 9th July, did not receive this for a week, so sent two emails enquirying about my order, did not get any response, I then tracked via the Shop app and it shows my order ws delivered to someone in Croyden, when I live in Stanmore, further attempts to contact Vaper Store via email and call to which there is no response, is this a legit company?
