I am still waiting for my order (3 weeks now). The money has been taken from my bank account but nothing received. Tried to contact them by phone, no one answered, tried again and left a message, heard nothing back. Emailed them, no reply. Tried to leave a message on their website, the message wouldn't send.

Update. I have just checked my bank account and the money has been refunded. However I have still had no communication from them, even to say they have refunded the money.

I ordered a tank from this company, never received an email to say they had my order, tried to contact via email - no reply. Tried to phone, no one answering. Tried to message them on their site, the message wouldn't send. The money has gone from my bank account but I haven't heard a thing from them, thus was over a week ago.

The tracking never work and never received my order. Emailed twice asking for help and information but sadly no reply from the company. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole again .
