I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package and haven’t gotten any word from the company or usps about my package so I’m having a hard time seeing this as a place I’d go back to.

Ordered the Viva La Vape Revolt. Turns out, it was out of stock. I was offered a cheaper product or a more expensive product with more features, for the same price. Chose the more expensive of course.It got here fast. We love this vaporizer. It's great quality and does everything it's advertised to do. The only issue we had was the glass mouthpiece was chipped when we took it out of the packaging. Still usable, but still chipped and it's been 4 days and the chip is getting bigger so we will have to buy a new mouthpiece. But overall I will, and already have recommended this vaporizer to several friends.

Much easier to learn and clean than the Volcano. Simple system that is easy to understand once you read the included instructions. I'm very happy with this product so far.

I love the 3 chamber grinders. Place to collect pollen, place to store your herb and a place to grind it. What more could one ask for?!

I was browsing the internet when an ad popped up on my screen. Like us on Facebook get a free grinder! Heck yeah! It says I have to pick it up at the showroom, don't know what that means. Can't wait! They definitely know how to bring you in o check them out!

I just tryed out my brand new Vaporx pen style portable electronic vaporizer that I purchased from VAPORIZERUSA. I have to tell you that I got ripped off, and here's the reason why: With this particular pen style vaporizer, you pack the herb in the heating chamber around the heating coil. In my opinion, that's a big mistake. I already have a plug in Da Buddha vaporizer that I'm very happy with. In the instructions that came with it, there's a warning that tells the user to be sure that the herb to be inhaled never comes in contact with the heating coil or else the herb will be ignited, resulting in smoke being inhaled instead of vapor, and to my great disapointment, that's exactly what occurs when I use the Vaporx pen style vaporizer that I purchased from VAPORIZERUSA. This vaporizer is a stone cold burn because when you use it as instructed, the herb ignites resulting in smoke instead of vapor. And the worst part of this entire unpleasant experience, even though the product was falsely advertised and is an absolute rip off, I can't get my money back because VAPORIZERUSA's return policy is: An item can only be returned if it is unopened. In return you can only get the same exact item again, AND YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

In my opinion, because of their unfair return policy, the folks at VAPORIZERUSA are unscrupulous and not restrained by moral or ethical principals. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact I would warn anyone not to do any kind of business with them at all because of their unfair return policy. I know I will never by anything from them again. All I have to remember them by is a vaporizer that doesn't work properly, and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. Thanks VAPORIZERUSA, thanks for nothing, you bunch of crooks!
