Hi there Alison, thank you so much for your kind words!
We're delighted to hear that you thought our website was great and that your order arrived quickly.
Taking 5g of Creatine Monohydrate daily is one of the most well-supported supplements available. It helps increase strength, power, and muscle growth over time, speeds up recovery between sessions, and supports brain function and memory. It's safe for long-term use, easy to take, and works best when combined with consistent training and good hydration.
Thank you for allowing us to support your wellness journey in 2026

Awful taste, never again
Tried a free sample of Verve, so glad I didn’t sign up for more. The taste is awful, the smell is bad and it’s made me feel super uncomfortable now I’ve had it. Would not recommend.

Hi there Robert,
Thank you for your honest review.
While the majority of our customers have given this product five stars, we understand that taste is subjective and our products may not suit everyone.
We are sorry to hear that this product did not meet your expectations, but we hope you find a better fit with another selection soon.
Kind regards,

Hi Joe,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you've been left feeling disappointed.
After we contacted you to confirm that your original shipment had been lost, we immediately arranged a replacement, as agreed. When you contacted us the following day to cancel your order, the replacement parcel had already been dispatched and was at the airport awaiting departure. Unfortunately, at that stage we were no longer able to stop the shipment or process a refund while it was in transit.
We understand that this situation was frustrating, and we're genuinely sorry that your experience didn't reflect the level of service we aim to provide. While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we appreciate that in this case it worked against your request, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve

Hi Matthew,
We're thrilled to hear you enjoy the taste and that they are not too sweet and overpowering.. Just the right balance. We agree 100% with you.
Most electrolytes focus on salt.. however ours, personally designed by our Founder Oliver Cookson our Electrolytes are more than the traditional salty drink.
500mg of Sodium, 400mg of Potassium, 150mg of Magnesium, combined with 100mg of Vitamin C makes it the most balanced electrolyte on the market.
In an amazing Strawberry lemonade flavour, makes this your newest favourite drink of the summer!!
Kind Regards

Hi Sally!
Thank you for your lovely review.
We're so glad you enjoyed the easy ordering process and the packaging.
We're confident that our Naked Beauty product is a leader in this sector, with 12.5gm of Marine collagen, combined with Hyaluronic Acid, Astaxanthin, and Vitamins A, B3, B5, B7, C and E your skin will feel softer and more hydrated, you'll have stronger nails with less splitting and healthier looking hair.
The greatest benefits come from consistent daily intake, as collagen and connective tissues remodel gradually over time.
Kind Regards
Brad @ Team Verve
I like it but
First of all I generally like this supplement, but there are a few things that I really don’t like.
The taste definitely takes some getting used to and if you drink it often you can develop taste fatigue. It’s not overly overpowering, but it just tastes very artificial. I’ve started diluting it with more water than recommended and adding a splash of juice. Furthermore the powder doesn’t dissolve properly, even though the company claims it. It doesn’t matter how much water you add or how long you shake it. It leaves a powdery feeling in your mouth and after a very short time the powder settles at the bottom of the bottle. Imo this is very misleading for customers.
But apart from that I think the transparency and the effects are good. I’ve been feeling a bit better since I started drinking it regularly and it’s quite filling, which suits me as I drink it in the morning and don’t have breakfast.

Hi there Eno,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate it!
We're really glad to hear you've been feeling better since adding it to your routine, and that it's keeping you full throughout the morning. That means a lot to us.
Our recent clinical study showed that 82% of the respondents saw an improvement in Immunity, 79% saw an improvement in Energy and 70% saw an improvement in Digestion
Your points about the taste and mixability are completely fair, and we're sorry these have been frustrating. Diluting with extra water and a splash of juice is actually a great tip — we love that you found a way to make it work for you
On the dissolving side, we hear you, and it's something we take seriously. It's challenging to get 80 benefits packed ingredients to dissolve fully - I recommend that you continue to shake whilst you drink as this will keep the small particles suspended in the liquid as you drink
Thanks again for sticking with us and for the honest review.
We're glad the effects have been positive and hope to keep earning your trust!
Kind Regards
Brad @ Team Verve

Hi Kurt,
Thank you for flagging this — I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and I'm sorry we overdid it.
We've taken your feedback on board and have already reduced the frequency of review requests going forward.
It means a lot that you think highly of our products, and the last thing we want is to sour that experience with pestering emails after the fact. I've sent a discount code to your inbox as a small thank-you for your patience.
Thanks again for letting us know — feedback like this genuinely helps.
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve

Resposta da Verve
Hi there Thomas,
We're truly sorry to hear that one of the complimentary gifts included with your V80 Transparent Greens order contained Marine Collagen — we completely understand how distressing this must have been, and we sincerely apologise.
This product, along with the other gift offered, was meant as a small thank-you for your loyalty and support, and we're disappointed it had the opposite effect.
Unfortunately, we do not hold information on your dietary preferences so we were unable to restrict the issuing of complementary products on this basis.
To make this right, I've added a 10% discount to your next subscription order as a gesture of goodwill.
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve
