I tried to cancel the subscription and…
I tried to cancel the subscription and they made it difficult on purpose. So I received one more delivery and I will not order again.
Update:
I never received a single notification about my upcoming charge—I checked my inbox, spam, and deleted folders, and there was nothing there.
Living in Switzerland, the added Zoll (customs) payments and fees make this way too expensive and to have to make separate payments is too much hassle. Trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare. It’s intentionally over-complicated with way too many steps just to stop being charged. With no mail confirmation of the cancellation.

Resposta da Verve
Hi there Katarina,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you found the subscription cancellation process difficult, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for you.
At Verve, we are confident in both the quality of our products and the level of service we provide. For that reason, we aim to make our subscription management process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
All subscription customers receive an email notification 48 hours prior to their subscription anniversary. This notification ensures that you have the option to skip, reschedule, or cancel an upcoming order.
However, on further investigation we've identified that you'd previously unsubscribed from the email communication process which meant in this instance you did not receive a pre-subscription email, nor a post cancellation confirmation email and we have apologised to you for this error.
We have also confirmed that you were able to successfully cancel your subscription on the day it was shipped to you. Unfortunately, as you had not contacted us directly on the day of the issue, we were unable to prevent the order from being shipped.
We’re truly sorry if this caused you any frustration.
We do understand that Verve Transparent Greens V80 is a premium product. However, many customers are surprised to learn that their daily diet may not consistently provide 100% of their required micronutrients. Verve V80 delivers 100% of the daily NRV for Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D, E, and K, alongside a further 66 ingredients, contributing to over 200 health and wellness benefits.
While some greens products on the market are priced lower, many provide as little as 15% of daily vitamin requirements. We are also approximately 20% more affordable than our closest competitor and, on a daily basis, cost less than a latte from a local coffee shop.
Often, one of the clearest ways to recognise a supplement’s benefits is to pause use and observe any changes. We hope that, over time, you’ll reflect on how Verve Transparent Greens V80 supported your health and wellness journey.
We’re sorry to see you go and sincerely hope to welcome you back in the future.
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve

Resposta da Verve
Hi there David,
Thank you so much for your review.
We're glad that you really like our Transparent Greens V80 product as well as the Creatine Monohydrate you also ordered.
V80 is packed with nutrient goodness and is crafted from a range of superfoods – foods rich in essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants.
Generally-speaking, just as going to the Gym doesn't normally provide immediate effects, some customers report that they've seen benefits quite quickly, for others it has taken a little longer before seeing and feeling the full benefits of greens powders in terms of better focus, improved digestion, rejuvenated skin & hair, increased heart health.
Please see guidance below on what results you should be experiencing
30 Days: Energy and Focus: If you're severely vitamin deficient you may begin to feel a change almost immediately as your body absorbs the nutrients it's lacking. You may start to feel more energetic, focused and alert.
60 Days: Metabolism & Cell Protection: After 2 months consistently taking Verve V80 every day your metabolism and digestion will be improved.
90 Days: Immunity & Hormonal Support: After 90 days you will have established a new routine and this regular dose of 80 vitamins and minerals means a stronger immunity.
We always recommend adding our products into your daily routine for a sustained period of time, complementing your healthy, balanced diet, to feel the maximum benefits.
Once again thank you for choosing us as your health and wellness partner.
Kind Regards
Brad @ Team Verve
Honestly
Honestly, these meals are worth every cent. You’d spend more on a mediocre takeaway that doesn’t even compare to how good these taste.

Resposta da Verve
Hi Donna,
Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re already experiencing the benefits of Verve Transparent Greens V80.
Based on our recent clinical trial, here’s what most customers experience when taking Verve V80 consistently:
30 Days – Energy & Focus:
If you’re severely vitamin-deficient, you may notice changes almost immediately as your body absorbs the nutrients it needs. Many people report feeling more energetic, focused, and alert within the first month.
60 Days – Metabolism & Cell Protection:
After two months, most customers see improvements in metabolism, digestion, and overall cellular health.
90 Days – Immunity & Hormonal Support:
By the three-month mark, a new routine is established, and the regular dose of 80 vitamins and minerals helps support a stronger immune system and balanced hormones.
We understand price can be a concern, but rest assured, our commitment to transparency and quality sets us apart. We never use proprietary blends — all ingredients and dosages are clearly listed on our product pages for your peace of mind.
Thank you for choosing Verve Transparent Greens V80. We’re excited to continue supporting you on your wellness journey!
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve

It’s also wonderful to know that your orders are always arriving on time – our warehouse team and carrier partners will be thrilled to hear their hard work is being recognised.
It’s fantastic that you’ve noticed more energy and an overall boost in your health and immunity. In fact, our recent clinical study found that 79% of participants reported improved energy, while 82% noticed an improvement in immunity – so you’re in great company!

Amazing products, some things can improve
Amazing products! Transparent ingredientes and much better than AG1 and others. It takes a while to ship, so be sure to order it with 2 weeks in advance. Hopefully that will improve as the company grows with time. As an additional suggestion, please introduce more and more vegan supplements, (Omega-3/6, skin care, etc..) (or even better, remove animal cruely entirely! (;) since as of August 2025, not all products are vegan.
Update after Brad's response: I totally forgot to thank Brad personally in this review. Brad was super helpful and manually changed one of the products that was not vegan in the free combo for a vegan one. Thank you Brad!

Resposta da Verve
Hi there Thales!
Thank you for your amazing review! We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying our products and appreciate your kind words about our transparency — and the AG1 comparison!
We also appreciate your feedback on shipping times. All orders leave our warehouse the same business day via tracked delivery, but unfortunately, Spanish border control can sometimes cause delays. The best long-term fix would be to hold stock in Spain — and that’s something we’ll seriously consider as more of your compatriots discover and love our products, like you do.
Your suggestion for more vegan options is also well received. We’re always looking to expand our range and reduce animal-derived ingredients where possible, so keep an eye out for new product launches in the future.
Thanks again for your support and for sharing your thoughts with us — it really helps us grow and improve.
Kind regards,
Brad @ Team Verve
