Veenas - Groceries Online Shopping in UK Avaliações

Always I purchase from Veenas since the items are available n quality is very nice. Moreover the staff are very helpful to find the items which u r not able to find in site. In simple words reliable, awesome, wonderful, super quality and polite. Thank u veenas

Really a great place to buy household essential's with a proper good quality of products in it.

Received 3 products that had expired and had to go back and forth to get a refund. Happened 2 years ago as well and hadn't ordered anything from them for a long tine. It is a good venture with wide variety of items but I am sincerely worried seeing products expired 2 years ago being sent out to customers.

Usually use another online retailer for cooking ingredients however this store has a great range however you can only pay by creating a paypal account rather than just being able to use your credit/debit card to purchase so after having spent some time filling my basket had to cancel the transaction, as I won't be opening a paypal account so won't be able to purchase - real shame such an inflexible payment process.

Best online grocery store for Indians and South Asians💯

I have been shopping for long time now and both Veenas groceries and veenas greens are excellent place to do our shopping. customer service at the best very friendly environment and very nice people who working in the till

Great service and delivery was very prompt. Was kept updating through the whole process

Our go to place for Indian groceries. Experience has been perfect, good selection of products and on-time delivery.

Just recently ordered some items from veenas. In fact this is my second time. Received items in best condition and within promised time. The Items were well packaged. The collection of Indian groceries is also good. Overall happy experience.

I never received my order. I waited for nearly two weeks before receiving a refund. Communication is awful. Very annoyed as, had I known they were unable to supply from the offset, I could have ordered elsewhere instead of wasting time waiting. I won’t be using them again

They have everything and always deliver when scheduled

Very good service from a very good business. Only thing is if ordering by post it’s better to bulk order as single items are expensive to have delivered

I ordered 3 jars of palm oil and paid for all of them. The delivery arrived a day late, even though I had carefully chosen a day well in advance. To be fair, this was probably a problem with DHL, the delivery company. But what is most annoying is, that I only received 2 jars instead of the 3 that I paid for!! And now they seem to have taken the product off the website. I'm quite annoyed! I have given 2 stars because at least the 2 jars that did arrive were okay.

Got all groceries in good condition. Even the frozen ones like grated and coconut chunks were packed really well and worth ordering from this place. Will definitely make more orders from this store for Indian groceries.

One of my favourite places to buy Indian groceries. Home delivered fresh Indian spices, veggies, fruits, sweets, savoury. Veenas is very precise and accurate with my orders. Any discrepancies and customer care people sort it out within couple of days. Defo recommend to try.

Quality products, quick delivery

Being lived far away from London, we have ordered from Veenas several times for our speciality groceries
It has always been very easy to order and pick a delivery day convenient to us.
Veenas.com has been excellent in every way and no hesitation to recommend Veenas.

Didn’t receive order, Evri delivered it to the wrong address, Veenas said they were investigating but then stopped responding, had to get refund from Amazon.
