We're really sorry to hear that some tins arrived dented in your last two orders. We never send out dented tins, and any damage unfortunately occurs during transit once parcels are with the courier.

Excellent, fast delivery and quality products
The delivery came spot on time, just in time for Christmas, as it was sent so quickly. The products are all top quality and it is lovely to buy from such a great, ethical, small company. The dogs love everything received in their Christmas delivery!

Always a pleasure dealing with Veggiepets. When I have had a problem (which is only once since 2017) they are super swift to solve the issue without any questions.
