New car delivery…
I have just got my Lease car from Vehicle Savers
I have been dealing with Donna Day who has kept me informed all through the process from the outset to the finish .
I would say you are told to check you vehicle on delivery for any marks and problems which was a bit hard for me as the car was dusty from being left standing outside until delivery
So I would say take your time on the handover to make sure your happy as I am

Donna was ‘on the ball’ from the first minute to the last. She found me exactly the car I wanted and at the best price I could find anywhere (matched). All done by phone and email. This is the second car I have found through her and I would highly recommend the service.

Many thanks Peter for your comments, its a shame that the delivery agent let us down at the end, but good to hear all was good our end! The delivery drivers are supposed to contact you on the day of delivery with an ETA.

Excellent customer service experience…
Dawn Garrison at Vehiclesavers went the extra mile to assist me with my 1st ever leasing experience. She answered my many queries promptly and professionally and gave me a level customer experience that would make me wish to use Vehicesavers again.
