Ordered the original scent of the veil body powders on 1/2/2026 order 1551 I’ve sent multiple emails addressing the fact that I have not yet received my product. With no response I have been charged and cleared thru my bank. If this is not taken care of this week I will get my bank to address this as a scam and return of my money. Plus I will post it on social media that is company is a scam and place it at the Better Business Bureau. Please address this promptly!!!!! Billie Helms

I've had a great experience ordering from this company.
I received my order wirhin 2 days, there was a slight issue with the order but I emailed them and it was fully resolved within 12 hours of contacting them.
The company accepts there have been recent issues but they have now been resolved.
I've ordered before and am very happy to continue to do so.

I placed an order in November and have still not received the items. I sent several emails in December requesting an update. I heard back on the 27th Dec saying there had been problems with their fulfillment system and that I would receive my order in the next few days. Still nothing received. I have sent further emails but received no response. I have now contacted my bank to try and get a refund.

I ordered a foundation on 25th November. My online account shows that my order has not been fulfilled. I have emailed customer services numerous times but there has been no response. Very disappointed and will not be using them again. I am going to have to try and pursue a refund through my bank.

I placed an order on 30-Nov-2025 but never received it. I first contacted customer service on 17-Dec-2025 after seeing the status of my order in the Shop app as “Waiting for details.” I never received a response so contacted customer service again on 20-Dec-2025. Still no response received. Finally I contacted my bank and disputed the payment. I’m very disappointed because I’ve previously ordered from this company and never had a problem. I really like their products but now will never order from them again. Apparently, they want to take my money but never deliver my products, and have no customer service who will respond.

Placed an order weeks ago. I have ordered once before and received my order but this time there had been no notice that anything had been shipped, I’ve contacted customer service twice and had no response. I guess I’ll have to pursue this through my bank, but fair warning: it appears to be a lottery whether you’ll get what you order, and customer service are nowhere to be found.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They will take your money and never send you the product! It is criminal! They take money, don’t send the product and there is no customer service team at all! It doesn’t matter how many emails you send you will never hear back! And best of all, you know someone is updating the website still because they actually added a Black Friday discount code to product they have no intention of ever sending!! Truly criminal!!

Ordered a foundation. Not shipped. Order showing as unfulfilled. Emailed customer service with no response. Appalling experience. Will not be using again.

I have 2 unfulfilled subscription orders with them. They're happy to take my money but not send the product. I've emailed 3 times to request a full refund but received no replies or refund. I'll be cancelling my subscription.

Customer service is nonexistent.

Three emails I've sent them about my order and I haven't received response to any of them.

Poor show and will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Veil Sunset Foundation, Automatte and the comflexion fix concealer were totally amazing make-ups. Smooth on the skin, covers the dark spots and no allergies. I love these products.

I’ve been using their concealer and foundation for a while now. They look so natural on my skin, feel lightweight, and last all day. I once had a question about my order and their customer service responded quickly and helped me right away. What makes it even better is that their products are vegan and cruelty-free, which is very important to me. It really strengthened my trust in the brand. Truly a rare find—highly recommended!

The concealer is a game changer — smooth, natural, and lasts all day. The foundation feels so light on my skin but still gives great coverage.

This concealer is amazing! This has become a daily staple for me. The built in brush makes application and blending easy. And ladies over 50 like me- here’s a tip… use this in the corners of your eye- upward and outward to give a lifting look in the right places. The matt balm is also great. I love a sun kissed look but when it becomes greasy shiny looking by the end of the day this is just what I reach for to keep my face looking refreshed and glowing without that greasy look. I put this on at the end of the day when running from work to social events and it’s just what I need. Loving my Veil!

I had a chance to order both the concealer and foundation. The quality of both products is amazing. Very skin friendly. Moreover, the customer service was excellent from the time of ordering until receipt. I had some questions to ask and I got the reply immediately. I highly recommend. Thank you Veil Cosmetics.

I normally steer away from concealers as they tend to accentuate my wrinkles. Veil concealer did not! It actually smoothed my wrinkles, while hiding my dark circles. I am so glad I gave it a try!!

I ordered the wrong product, which of course was super annoying and frustrating as it was my fault. I thought that was it. I'd have to throw it away when it arrived.

On the off chance I emailed customer service shortly after the mis-order and explained the situation.

A wonderfully helpful person came back to explain the situation and offer me some solutions. They were very helpful and came back to to check afterwards if everything had been resolved.

I absolutely adore Veil Cosmetics and this experience has made me love them even more. Thank you so much!
