I recommend this service very much, it is a great quality with nice price.

The Vemrent reservation process was very easy to use. The scooters rented were delivered on time per the agreement. The locking chain as part of the contract was not delivered, but was refunded off the price. The Scooter themselves worked very well and exceeded my expectations

They were very helpful to get the scooter up to the apartment for our arrival etc. however the scooter didn’t work so we had to make our elderly walk.

I am happy to give five stars to this company, as the wheelchair arrived at the hotel and was picked up from there exactly as promised, and the cost for the four days we were in Rome was very good. Having said that, because of the beautiful-but-unexpectedly-lethal-to-wheelchairs cobbled pavements and roads everywhere we were staying, we would be careful next time to hire one with suspension! We would use Vemrent again because of their efficiency.

Very conveniant to have the wheel chair at the hotel when we arrived and to leave it at the reception when we left so we can use it until the end. Only thing is tha the little front wheel are not adapted to the on eaven floors of the city that made it very difficult to circulate with in the streets of Rome

You delivered it to the wrong address 2 days before requested date.

Renting the wheelchair was SO great. The company delivered it to our hotel exactly when they said they would and picked it up after we left (the hotel helped us with this). Renting this really made our trip so smooth (despite the pavements in Rome). We are SO impressed with the service we received and the price made it brilliant. We have already recommended the company to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used this outstanding service for a month at a time in Rome, and I plan to use it again. In both cases, the wheelchairs were delivered and picked up when requested and worked well.

Excellent customer service & speedy next day delivery

My order was placed online. The chair was delivered earlier than promised with the additional cushion I ordered. I left the chair in the hotel’s lobby and received an email that it was picked up. Everything went smoothly and I loved the drop off and pick up service.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Arranged to rent a scooter for my grandfather. They didn't deliver on Wednesday, the day we scheduled it to deliver. I emailed them the next day to inquire. They said the one I reserved came back broken so they were trying to arrange a different scooter. Well we needed it for Thursday so I told them to please cancel and please refund our pre payment. Since then no refund and they will not respond to my multiple emails requesting status of the refund. STAY AWAY.
