I arranged for a folding scooter
I arranged for a folding scooter. They delivered a powered wheelchair instead, without consulting with us. It was unusable in Rome because the sidewalks are too narrow and rough and special taxi transportation is unreliable. Net result, the chair was useless.

Hi John, we're sorry that you didn't get on well with our service. You requested a change of booking with a folding scooter only a few days before the requested delivery date, and after you had booked a 4-wheel scooter a month earlier. The folding scooter was not delivered because it was not available (in the months of August and September it is high tourist season), and to get it you should have warned us in time.
Furthermore, if you check your emails you will see that we have warned you that we will have brought you an electric wheelchair (more comfortable, but of the same size as a 4 wheel scooter), as your scooter was in trouble that compromised your safety. We therefore ask you to review your judgment towards us, as we think you have been served very well. Yours sincerely

Easy and convenient
My mother’s wheelchair was broken in the flight over. After a quick google search I decided to go with VEMrent because of their high ratings. The chair was good quality and handled the cobblestones of Rome really well. The process was really convenient as they dropped off and picked up at the hotel and the concierge managed everything. I’d definitely use this company again.

Service Above and Beyond
Your excellent service made our trip to Italy so much more enjoyable. We loved the ease of getting our wheelchairs delivered to our first hotel and picked up at a different hotel 15 days later. We were particularly impressed with your immediate response (within an hour and a half) for a second chair when another of our party started having knee trouble during our stay. We could not have asked for any better service. And your prices were great.
I hope your business will continue to grow and that you will be able to communicate in English a little better so more English speaking customers will avail themselves of your excellent service. We can't wait for our return trip to Italy and will look you up for our mobility needs. Thank you.

The wheelchair was delivered to the hotel as promissed. The changed in order was hendled properly. The only problem was getting a confirmation of the changes, it required some additional effort.
Overall, happy with the service.
