ok i'm going to write this out properly because I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I bought this and most of them weren't detailed enough to be useful. Background: I'm 44, desk job, eat reasonably well, not overweight. Had what I now know is a pretty typical hemorrhoid situation external, came and went, got worse over a period of about 3 years. Not constant but frequent enough to affect my life. Sitting at my desk for long meetings was uncomfortable. Driving any significant distance was uncomfortable. I had a little routine of things I did in the morning that nobody knew about. I tried: Preparation H cream (multiple formulas). The suppositories. Witch hazel. One of those cooling spray things. A fiber supplement separately. A sitz bath. None of these fixed it. Some helped temporarily. I found Venalys while reading about why hemorrhoids come back. The answer hard stools keep re-aggravating the vein before it can heal, it's a loop clicked for me immediately. I'd been doing fiber OR vein cream, never both at once in a single product. Week 1-2: mornings noticeably easier. Week 3: almost gave up, thought the hemorrhoid side wasn't going to change. Week 4: something shifted. Week 6: I had a 5 hour drive and didn't think about it once. I'm at month 3. No active issues. I don't have a morning routine anymore. I just get up and go about my day. If you're where I was, this is worth the try.

I wanted to love this. I really did. Digestion? Better. Legs feeling heavy in the afternoon? Slightly better. The actual discomfort I was dealing with down there? Same. Six weeks. I'll try one more month and update if something changes.

honestly don't know what I expected from this. My sister bought it for me as a gift which felt a little pointed lol but she was right. I had been complaining about feeling bloated and heavy and uncomfortable for months and she got tired of hearing about it I think. About 4 weeks in the bloating calmed way down. The heaviness in my legs by evening gone. Something else also improved that I'm leaving vague. 5 stars, thanks sis.

The bloating was the main thing. Just constantly full and uncomfortable no matter what I ate. Venalys sorted it out pretty quickly like 2 weeks in I noticed a big difference. The other stuff I was dealing with (won't elaborate) also improved around week 4-5. Solid product.
